Superb Provencal mas in the heart of the vineyards, for 10 people

Located in Pont-Saint-Esprit with a rich historical past, this farmhouse welcomes 10 people, in the heart of the vineyards.
It combines old stones, great comfort and garden in the shade of pines and olive trees.

Haven of peace, the mas is fully equipped (internet, television, washing machine, dishwasher, plancha). There are games for children (swings, slide, sandpit) as well as activities for the family (inflatable pool of 4 meters in diameter, bowls).

The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms (3 with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a convertible sofa, opening directly onto the garden).

It is located 1 hour from Avignon, Montélimar, Valence and Uzès, 40 minutes from the Chauvet cave and 30 minutes from Bagnols. The Ardeche River is less than a kilometer away and is suitable for swimming.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Charme au coeur des vignes , ideal en famille

Maison spacieuse avec beaucoup de charme , on s'y sent comme chez soi ! jardin tres agréable, car ombragé. Un salon de jardin couvert permet de profiter aussi de l 'exterieur sous le soleil comme sous la pluie en savourant une plancha. Le terrain de pétanque ainsi que la piscine gonflable ont fait le bonheur de tous . Nous remercions particulierement pour l'accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivée et les petites attentions des propriétaires. Merci encore pour ce séjour dans une région magnifique.
