Villa Oliver is a simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. It is a good base for a holiday, just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a nice pool and views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture.
The lounge has an open fire place, satellite TV, a sofa and easy chairs. There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room.
At the back of the house there is a swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains. There is a place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders. Can Oliver is a great holiday home for a small family or couples; it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST.
