From the start to the finish this place was 11/10! Amazing service, extremely friendly, welcoming and professional staff. Modern and beautiful rooms, but the best part was the view! I highly recommend!

This is an amazing place to stay in Polignano. We booked the 2-bedroom apt for myself, husband and daughter and I could not have imagined a better place. The added bonus was a great private rooftop with views of the sea…a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel is centrally located close to everything and only 12 min walk to train station. Emio went beyond as he arranged drivers for us, gave us great recommendations in Polignano, and checked in everyday to make sure our stay was perfect, which it was. We will definitely be back as it was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in all of Europe. Grazie!

Awesome stay. Emio and the Antico Mondo team were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our city view room afforded us the opportunity to sit on the terrace and enjoy the great atmosphere in the evening and quick access to great restaurants, the beach, and more sights.

The manager Emio and his team were excellent hosts, who could not do enough for us. The continental breakfast was made fresh each day, and offered an excellent choice. The rooms were in the old town, perfect for everything Poligano has to offer. Very clean, with character. Emio helped organise tours, and taxis. He really cared about his business, and most specifically his customers

My wife and I have rarely been as well cared for by a host as we were by Antico Mondo’s Emio. His advice about signature local restaurants was spot on. We followed his advice about food with pleasure and delight. Emio’s off the cuff recommendations about day trips to nearby cities/towns in Puglia took us on gorgeous backroads to an assortment of diverse adventures and landscapes: Noci, Lecce, Matera, Alberobello, and Ostuni. Our room overlooked the Adriatic and the beach and cliffs surrounding Loma Monachile. It was beautiful and well-appointed with some of the most astonishing views we have ever experienced at a lodging. The breakfasts were lovely and the assistance in parking, transferring to the hotel and back to the parking were executed with professional dispatch and care. We’d go back. Antico Mondo rates a 10 out of 10!

This property should be rated a 5 star! It exceeded our expectations and I can’t say enough great things about the management and staff! Everything was beautiful! The rooms are kept extremely clean and are very spacious…. The buffet breakfast was delicious!! And the views from our suite was spectacular. I can’t wait to go back! Emio, our host was there every step of the way…. And if he was not able to be there he made sure his assistant Giuseppe was! Top notch service! 5 star. Amazing!

This property was perfect for us. The room was large and comfortable. It is located in the heart of the old town area. The property itself was so unique. We had a first floor walk up in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars. You could walk everywhere. Even though there was a lot going on around us, it was not noisy when inside our room. Our view was spectacular. We overlooked the cliffs and beach area. The staff was amazing. Emio and Giusseppe helped us arrange both dinner reservations and several day trips to surrounding areas. They had personal relationships with all the tour people that we booked so we knew it would be good. The boat tour is a MUST. Daily breakfast was great! The entire area of Polignano a Mare is fabulous.
