could not have been a better stay. After watching an episode of No Reservations we were inspired to visit Antica Corte Pallavicina where Anthony Bourdain sampled some of the best ham in the world. This place did not disappoint. The estate dates back over 700 years and oozes charm from its painted parlors to its expansive working farm. Rooms are comfortable and restaurants are spectacular. Service is 10/10
It was a very nice experience! We arrived late with a lot of luggage and were offered an upgrade!! The staff was extremely nice😊 We had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant, both meals were delicious! Home made pasta, bread and jam.
We will be back!!!
Culatello and a worthy place to remember Anthony Bourdain's contributions to the world. Rooms and grounds were absolutely gorgeous. Staff was hospitable and extremely knowledgeable about the local area and history. Breakfast was by far the finest I've had in Italy in terms of the quality of meats, cheeses, and juices - the option to get freshly cooked eggs your way is also fairly uncommon for included meals. One of the very best stays I've ever experienced, and truly an outstanding value when factoring in the included cheese and meat tours (which are among the very best producers in Italy) that one would otherwise have to pay an additional hefty sum per person. Also consider that even if it is a bit further from the autostrade or main towns, you'd have to make that drive for a food tour anyway. Can't say enough about how awesome this place was!
This property is one of a kind. We had a memorable experience and wished we stayed more nights.
The restaurant is not to be missed!
The property is almost all self sufficient. They grow their own food and you get the best fresh meal executed in a most creative style in stunning surroundings. This is a truly historical charming place that offers something for everyone.
The rustic feel and warm welcome was a great start. Julia in particular was a perfect host and enlightened us on the history of the property. Bathroom was a bit awkward in design, and we did miss TV. The Michelin restaurant was very disappointing for the price.
Amazing property with lots of history and charme. The tower room we had felt like a real castle, complete with openings to fire your gun to attacking marauders! Breakfast based on local pork in addition to the usual eggs and juices. Michelin starred restaurant definitely worth the experience. Interesting and unique Museum of Culatello in the basement.

O melhor é a paisagem e a comida.
Positivos: cama, tamanho do quarto e paisagem no entorno.
Good B&B in an old villa used by farmers famous for the Culatelo making (kind of prosciuto), so be aware that the cellar under the rooms are still in use for curing meat, and smells of the process alcan invade the corridors.
Better than the accomodation is the gastronomy with two options on site, including a 1 Star Michelin restaurant (worth every penny).
