Bienvenue dans ce charmant studio situé au 2ème étage en hypercentre, offrant une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la ville et la place de l'Hôtel de Ville.
Cet appartement calme et lumineux est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir tous les charmes de la région.

Le studio, d'une superficie de 21m², est entièrement équipé pour accueillir confortablement 2 personnes. Vous trouverez un lit double de 140 pour des nuits reposantes. Le coin salon repas est parfait pour vous détendre après une journée bien remplie, et la cuisine séparée est entièrement équipée pour préparer vos repas. La salle d'eau dispose d'une douche pour vous rafraîchir.

L'emplacement de notre studio est tout simplement idéal. En plein cœur de la ville, vous serez à proximité immédiate des commerces, des restaurants et des attractions touristiques. Vous pourrez également profiter de la vue imprenable depuis son petit balcon, vous offrant un spectacle permanent sur la vie animée de la place de l'Hôtel de Ville.

L'appartement est situé en plein coeur de Poitiers sur le plateau et au milieu du centre-ville. Il est proche de tous commerces de proximité et de toutes commodités (Carrefour Contact, Monoprix, restaurants, bars, shopping, cinéma etc..). L'appartement est très central et pourtant très calme grâce à ses fenêtres en double vitrage.
