A perfect getaway for all 7 of us- 4 adults and 3 teens. There are 3 pools and 4 beaches to choose from. You can rent canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards for a reasonable price. The house is so clean and spacious. The deck, patio and firepit are a nice to chill at night after a day on the water. The mountain air is MUCH cooler than home, so was a nice break from the heat. We hope to go back next summer.

The House is Even Better in Person!

Pictures do this home no justice. It is much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Immaculately clean, comfortable, and has everything we could possibly need. We were a group of three couples with children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The community is amazing as well. Check-in and check-out was smooth and all communications were easy. Would love to come back again.

Nice and quiet stay in the woods, but had issues

Overall we had a nice time. A nice and quiet neighborhood. The space available was large enough for everyone staying with us. It was close enough to a number of beaches and pools within the community. I had asked the property owner if we could extend our stay a day but never got a response. The grill outside wasn’t very clean and there were spiderwebs everywhere. The grass was a bit high which was challenging having a dog with us. The jet tub in the master bathroom didn’t plug all the way so that was unusable, which was one reason we chose the house. Towel racks were missing in the bathrooms which made it difficult with multiple guests. Didn’t have access to closets in the bedrooms to hang clothing up. We did find a prescription medication pill on the floor in one of the bedrooms the first night. Thankfully the dog we brought did not find it. The additional mandatory expenses for the vehicles and registering them as well as the fees for the community amenities was a bit much, especially since we had people who did not use the pools or beach access to the lake. Another inconvenience was access to the community. Having to scan a QR code on the cell phone with a scanner that didn’t work well and you had to hold it up to the scanner a certain way and it be a certain size caused us to drop phones outside the vehicle multiple times. If improvements were made to the things mentioned, we’d stay again.

Multi-gen Vacay

Our family (grandparents/parents/young children) had a wonderful time at Arrowhead Lake and specifically 115 Kickapoo. There was plenty of space and the house was immaculate. Considering weather was awful, the house provided a haven and space for much great family time!

Fantastic family friend home

My friend and I head to the poconos every summer for a fun get away with our kids. This house was by far the cleanest and nicest house we’ve stayed at. We went 7/1-7/5. We enjoyed all that arrowhead had to offer. Close to the beach and only minutes from each pool. I cannot recommend this house enough. Great communication with the owner. It was the best experience we’ve had at a rental home. We look forward to going back!

Cozy

Everything was well put together and mostly clean. The only part that was a problem was the vent filters under the microwave were extremely greasy and uncleaned, one of them came loose and fell on to the stove. Due to the stove having open flames the vent filter caught fire. That was the only down side. The owners were very kind and understanding. Our stay was very comfy.

Great Home for Weekend Get-Away

My family and I stayed in Arrowhead Lakes for a weekend getaway. The house, with its bright, clean, and modern design, provided ample space for entertaining. The generously sized bedrooms, complete with provided linens and towels, ensured a comfortable stay for all guests. Our host's thoughtful provision of a full propane tank for outdoor grilling was a bonus. Communication, primarily through Evolve property management, was efficient, and our host was readily available when needed. The host's flexibility with check-in and check-out times was much appreciated. While I'm familiar with other lake communities in the Poconos, Arrowhead is a gated community with a strict registration policy and additional fees on top of the home rental cost. We encountered minor issues obtaining gate passes and visitor's bands from Arrowhead management, but we resolved these issues without too much trouble. In the end, our host made this trip very enjoyable. Thank you!

Great rental

This house is a perfect rental for large families or two families with kids looking to share. The house is large and the cooking and eating areas are large grade for a big gatherings. I was also impressed with all of the items that they had for you. I could’ve forgot anything and they probably had it. The pool table and gaming room in the loft was perfect for my teens. The location is great cause you can walk to beach one and beach to from this house plus you also can walk to the Arrowhead club where the games and food are. To me check out and check in were super easy it’s number lock so no need or keys. Overall we will be back!

Family Trip

House was big and comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a fire pit and some outdoor seating on the lawn. The ice machine wasn’t working and the kids bedroom window did not lock. Overall it was a nice home. Had plenty of plates and cook ware which was nice.

The house was a great size for our family of 6. The rooms were spacious. Had all the amenities that were stated in the description and a bbq on the deck. I would have liked the house to be located a little more into the community, but it was a great house with plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay. Great community!

Unreturned property.

Great house. Big, modern, clean. Diane from “evolve” was available until we tried to get property we left at the house back. I have a text from her stating that she has it and asking for the address to send and it’s been about two weeks and I haven’t had a response from her or EVOLVE on the status of my property. I have reached out at least a half dozen times and heard nothing. Renters beware. I will reach out to Arrowhead Lakes next regarding EVOLVE management.
