Nestled in the charming seaside resort of Plouescat, near Kernic Bay and the sea, our modern 165m² villa offers an unforgettable experience, combining space and comfort. With its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends, accommodating up to 10 people.
The outdoors: a playground and relaxation area
Enjoy a vast 1050m² garden, complete with a sunny terrace, perfect for convivial moments around a gas griddle. Challenge your friends or family to a game of pétanque on our dedicated court or a game of ping-pong. Relax on the sun loungers with a good book. Unwind in the 5/7-person jacuzzi and enjoy the sunset with an aperitif on the terrace (garden furniture, dining table, parasol). Little ones can enjoy a small climbing wall. You'll have easy access to the beach while also being just steps from the GR34 coastal path for beautiful hikes along the seafront.
Space and conviviality inside:
The ground floor welcomes you into a large living area encompassing a lounge, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with an island/bar, perfect for sharing moments together. A draft beer machine and a bean-to-cup coffee machine are at your disposal. A video projector allows you to host a movie night. You'll also find a utility room with everything you need for laundry. Two separate wings each house two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and toilets. Each wing includes one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and one bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds. Each bedroom has its own unique ambiance. Upstairs, you'll find a 25m² games room, fully equipped for your entertainment, including a foosball table, darts, board games, and books. There's also a pull-out bed (two single beds, 90 x 200 cm) that sleeps two, a third bathroom, and a separate toilet. Ceiling lights and a speaker provide a fun, dance-room-like atmosphere. Plenty to keep you entertained during the day and liven up your evenings.

We lend out baby chairs, travel cots, baby baths, baby bike seats, and other baby equipment free of charge (upon advance request).
Shops, bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, and markets in Plouescat are all within walking distance. You'll also find a casino, a sand yachting club, and a mini-golf course just a few meters away.
