New: House completely renovated in 2018/2019 between sea and valley.
Located in the heart of the typical village of Landrer, 5km from the great site of France's Pointe du Raz. Ideally located, quiet, close to coastal paths, sandy beaches and pebbles and beautiful steep cliffs. Less than 50 meters from the house, near the valley for beautiful walks on foot or mountain bike. Comfortable house renovated with modernity while retaining the charm of the old. Beyond a nice living room and a fitted kitchen, the house has 2 toilets, a large bathroom with 2 basins and a large shower and 3 bedrooms. You will also appreciate its outside spaces composed of a small garden of 300 m2 newly planted this spring as well as a cozy space in front of the house exposed south east and its wooden terrace of 35 m2 in the back displayed west allowing to take there your meals.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Schönes renoviertes Haus

Schönes renoviertes Haus in kleinem Dörfchen. Ein Wanderweg zum Trailrunning/ Joggen geht direkt an dem Dorf vorbei, so dass man an der sensationellen Steilküste entlangt kommt. Nettes Restaurant unten an der Bucht. Surfen hervorragend in Baile de Trespassez. War ein super Uraub.

Un superbe séjour marqué par la gentillesse de la propriétaire, la maison très raffinée et fonctionnelle, et la région magnifique avec de nombreux sites à visiter à quelques minutes en voiture ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille très agréable au Cap Sizun. L accueil de Fabienne est très sympathique et chaleureux. Les balades sur les sentiers côtiers sont magnifiques. La maison est très bien équipée et très joliment décorée Mérite le détour !

La maison de vacances de nos rêves !

Une première en Bretagne... Fabienne est une personne très avenante et très chaleureuse ! Elle partage volontiers sa culture bretonne et son parcours de vie. Si vous recherchez le calme et la nature, c'est la maison idéale. Sans vis à vis, proche des sites touristiques incontournables (Pointe du Raz, du Van, Audierne, à 1H en bateau de l'île de Sein...). Les commerces sont à proximité. La maison est lumineuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est impeccable, la propreté irréprochable. On s'y sent comme chez nous tant l'équipement (de qualité) est complet (produits de cuisine, d'entretien, linge de maison, livres de décoration, feu ouvert). Le parking, la terrasse en bois et le grand jardin sont de véritables atouts. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la région malgré les caprices du temps. Les bretons sont fort gentils et extrêmement accueillants. Notre seul regret...n'y avoir passé qu'une semaine ! C'est certain, nous reviendrons chez Fabienne. Superschönes, individuelles Ferienhaus in total schöner Umgebung

Sowohl die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Fabienne als auch der Empfang waren völlig unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Das Häuschen ist hübsch und perfekt ausgestattet (mehr als man benötigt) und die Umgebung auch im Oktober traumhaft. Vor allem die Pointe du Van, der Wanderweg entlang der Küste, die schönen naturbelassenen Strände (ohne Gastronomie und schnick schnack) haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Selbst mit unseren normalen Fahrrädern haben wir einige Touren unternehmen können (recht gut ausgeschildert). Der gut ausgestattete Supermarkt ist in 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Die Biskuiterie von Plogoff ist allerdings überteuert. Wir haben genau das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: Ruhe und Erholung :)

Charme, confort et bon goût dans un cadre idyllique

La « Maison de famille » de Fabienne est particulièrement agréable : rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, elle est très bien équipée et idéale pour quatre ou six personnes. Notre hôte s’est montrée très attentionnée et accueillante, cela a été un plaisir ! Enfin, la situation est parfaite pour faire des balades en campagne et en bord de mer (la plage du Loc’h est à 15min à pieds) et pour découvrir les pointes du Raz et du Van, vraiment sublimes. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour dans cette maison !

Calme et réconfort.

La maison de Mme Le pape nous a apporté calme et confort. Après un accueil très chaleureux nous avons passé un délicieux séjour entre baignades et promenades aux paysages d une profonde intensité. La propriété est extrêmement paisible et bien située, beaucoup de plaisir!
