Large spacious contemporary house on the Atlantic with swimming pool

New house finished in June 2017 on the ground floor 4 bedrooms of 115 M2 located between the STER and the white sand beach (600 m), not far from the magnificent port of LESCONIL (1.8 KM). It can accommodate 10 people with 3 double beds and 2 times 2 bunk beds, with a living room, kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, combi fridge) of 45 m2, two shower rooms (two showers), two toilets and a storeroom. The bedrooms will be fitted with cupboards.

The south-facing terrace with its heated 7 X 4 swimming pool with a 1.40 m flat bottom will allow you to rest and relax.

The 700 m2 garden will be closed and planted with trees.
Cleaning is not included in the basic price (+100 euros) or linen (40 euros per week for all holidaymakers)
A tourist tax of 0.66 cts per adult per day must be added.

Perfect villa for a family holiday

We have just returned from a 7 night stay in this villa. The photos don’t do it justice, we absolutely loved it here. My parents have limited mobility and it was perfect for them with the showers being walk in all on one level and even steps into the pool. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. The only one slight downside was the waste arrangements but once we knew from the villa agent where to take it that was all fine. The location for us was perfect. The ports were both beautiful as was the beach which is only a stones throw away. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent property for extended family holiday

We were an extended family of 7 visiting this French region for the first time. The location is good, quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance of shops and beach. The children loved the pool, and enclosed garden where they could play safely while we relaxed. We took bikes, and it was a brilliant area for cycling, and the garage provided somewhere safe to store them. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, it was probably the best we have visited. We bought food to eat in the house most days, and used the barbecue a few times. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday home.

A fabulous family holiday house

This house is perfect for families, is well equipped, in a quiet neighbourhood and the heated pool is fantastic. The beach is so close and beautiful and the local area is definitely worth exploring with even more lovely beaches to discover. Thank you we loved it!

Lovely little town, great house and pool

In great condition, peaceful location not far from town. The heated pool was much loved and the open-plan kitchen/ dining/ living room plus lots of board games was perfect for our family holiday.

Smart, clean, spacious house with ample garden and warm pool, set outside of well set up town

The house is placed a 1km pleasant walk from town centre. Plenty of cafes, creperies, restaurants and little shops in vicinity. There is also bike hire close by and many cycle tracks/ footpaths. We went running each day having plenty of varied routes to choose from- across the dunes to exploring the beautiful local nature reserves. The house is clean, spacious and modern- easy to live in and be comfortable. The garden is well designed and pretty with plenty of space for privacy. The pool is brilliant - even on dull/drizzly days the warm temperature of the water meant children and adults could stay in and have fun regardless of the weather. The beach is a ten minute walk away and is fine silvery white sand. with dunes at the start and huge vast beach when tide is out. The beach is no dogs allowed all the way along so bear this in mind if you are bringing a pet, however, the nature reserves, local walks and cycle tracks are all dog friendly. Our party was made up of ages 5 years to 70 years and all enjoyed this house and area. Thank you for having us.

Tolles Haus mit Pool

Alles einwandfrei, wir hatten eine super Woche mit den Kids. Insbesondere hat uns gut gefallen, dass der Pool beheizt ist und wir so trotz durchwachsenem Sommerwetter den Pool täglich nutzen konnten. Lediglich mit der Verständigung bei der Übergabe war es etwas schwierig, da entgegen der Angabe im Inserat eigentlich nur französisch gesprochen wurde. Eine Kommunikation in englisch war nur bedingt, in deutsch gar nicht möglich.

Wundervoller Urlaub!

Wir haben das Haus, die große Terrasse und den Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und ist wirklich nur wenige Laufminuten vom schönen Strand entfernt. Die zur Verfügung stehende Garage haben wir für das sichere Abstellen unserer Fahrräder genutzt. Der kleine Campingplatz in der Nähe bietet mit seinem kleinen Laden auch zu später Stunde eine fußläufige einfache Versorgung mit dem Notwendigsten. Trotz einigere kleinerer Mängel an der Einrichtung ( Abzugshaube defekt, kleinere Defekte an den Möbeln ), der schwierigen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (kein Englisch, nur Französisch, aber Deepl sei Dank dann doch machbar) und den für uns ungewöhnlichen Umstand, dass der Müll nicht in der Nähe des Hauses, sondern im Ort entsorgt werden muss, haben wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt! Jederzeit wieder!

Bjr , En juillet 2020 ns avons loué cette maison. Ns l apprécions pour l espace et localisation,donc c'était notre 2ème fois ds la maison. Nous sommes hiper déçu avec le propriétaire M.Morvan.nous sommes plusieurs locataires à subir le manque d entretiens de la chaudière (eau chaude) depuis 1an .Cela en novembre pose un énorme problème, le propriétaire n'est pas honnête et tjs mais son bien en location,sa réponse depuis 1 ans est la même :"J attends une pièce pour la chaudière ".En résumant,,,il arnaque les locataires car on paye pour avoir des gros soucis tt temps. ABRITEL ,doit impérativement vérifier l état d entretiens de leur biens mis en location. On a loué 1semaine,sans machine lave vaisselle et le pire,,pas d chaudière,,,franchement c'était catastrophique car en Bretagne ce sont des équipements basics. On a perdu notre argent. Cela fait long temps que ABRITEL devait retirer ce produit des ses offres.!

Presque parfait

Très belle maison moderne avec tout le confort, terrain parfaitement clôturé pour le chien, quartier calme en temps normal (pas de chance pour nous 15 jours de pelleteuses) à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Port à 3 minutes en voiture avec commerces et poisson frais 6 jours sur 7. Malheureusement la piscine n'est pas entretenue régulièrement. Elle n'était pas très propre quand nous sommes arrivés et malgré nos demandes le pisciniste n'est jamais venu la nettoyer. Résultat 4 jours sans piscine, le rapport prix/prestation n'est plus justifié. Dommage le séjour aurait été parfait sans cette négligence.

Belle maison / mauvaise surprise

Maison très agréable et confortable, bien située, a côté de la belle plage des sables blanc entre Lesconil et Loctudy! Cependant propriétaire extrêmement désagréable, pas conciliant et accueil pas chaleureux du tout limite il me reprochait d’avoir loué sa maison... De plus il m’a fait payer le tarif de la maison avec piscine car sur le site il est indiqué en fonction du 1er avril au 30 septembre or cela est faux, j’ai réservé du 3 au 17 avril et pas de piscine fonctionnelle. Malgré un temps doux et clément. Le pire sans remise par rapport a la description mensongère et erronée ! C’est de l’escroquerie tout simplement j’ai payé pour une prestation que je n’ai pu bénéficier. Prenez garde !

Maison très agréable , fonctionnelle et très lumineuse. Parfaite pour 2 familles avec tout ce qu il faut.elle est située ds un quartier très calme , à proximité de la mer et des commerces. Très belle région nous y reviendrons....seul bémol la piscine n etait pas accessible à cette saison mais nous le savons....

Ferien in Plobannalec Lesconil

Lage des Anwesens top und reichlich Platz... Toller Ort für ausgiebige Spaziergängen mit Kind und Hund.... Viele schöne Orte in der Nähe wie zB Bedonet und die Ile Tudy... Verständigung und Sauberkeit sind verbesserungsfähig, da die Frau die die Übergabe macht zwar nett war aber nur französisch spricht und nicht englisch wie in der Anzeige kommuniziert. Das Haus an sich ist schon jedoch fehlt es an einer Grundsauberkeit.... Staub wischen, Besteck und Teller, Pool, Gartenpflege etc... Alles in allem aber für den Preis ok, da die Lage es wieder rausholt. Uns wurde sowohl die Kaution als auch Endreinigung erlassen als wir auf den Zustand hingewiesen haben. Unterm Strich ein schöner Urlaub mit ein wenig Startschwierigkekten. Die Eigentümer haben sich jedoch trotz Sprachbarriere allen Themen umgehend angenommen.

Wir wurden enttäuscht ( Familie 7 Personen 15-47Jahre)

Mit einer Woche Abstand schreibe ich, weil ich mich wieder zuhause erholen konnte. Eigentlich müsste man hier Geld zurück bekommen.Das Haus hätte schön sein können wenn es sauber gewesen wäre. Nach über 12 Stunden Hinreise kamen wir müde vor Ort an. Im Vorfeld habe ich um 13h eine Nachricht gesendet an die Frau für die Schlüsselübergabe, mit der Angabe, dass wir um 14h da sind. Vor Ort fand ich den Empfang nicht gerade freundlich. Wir haben nochmal gefragt ob wir bleiben können, ob sie fertig ist mit sauber machen. Sie hat uns versichert ja. Nach kurzem Einblick habe ich sofort gesagt, dass ich hier keine 100.- zahle fürs Putzen, weil es sei nicht sauber. Sie sagte nicht viel dazu und übergab uns die Schlüssel. Bevor wir unsere Koffer ins Haus brachten haben wir zu 3 Frauen 2 Stunden geputzt mit dem was zu gebrauchen war ( auch Putzgeschirr war dreckig, Staubsauger unbrauchbar da total verstopft von Dreck- einen Staubsauger haben wir dann am Folgetag gekauft , selbstverständlich nicht da gelassen, um nochmal besser sauber machen zu können) Wir haben Fotos gemacht und den Besitzer kontaktiert. Dieser meldete sich telefonisch bei uns zurück und beschuldigte uns zunächst wir seien ja zu früh da gewesen und wenn es uns nicht passen würde könnten wir ja wieder Heim fahren! Dies fand ich eine Frechheit! (Man spart für Urlaub, zahlt viel Geld für eine angebliche Villa, weite Anreise und dann so eine Aussage) Mein Mann war verärgert und teilte ihm mit, dass wir Fotos gemacht haben und es nicht dabei belassen werden. Daraufhin hat sich der Vermieter dann die Fotos gefragt. Er meinte nur er würde es dann weitergeben und wir bräuchten dann die 100.- Putzen bei Abreise nicht zu bezahlen. Sauberkeit ist für uns wichtig vielleicht nicht für jeden, sicher sind auch Urlauber da die Dreck machen, aber dann muss man dafür sorgen dass dieser beseitigt wird. Aber hier war so vieles dreckig, Backofen nicht zu benutzen ( den haben wir nicht auch noch geputzt!), in der Elterndusche mussten wir Ablauf auseinandernehmen weil dieser total verstopft war und kein Wasser mehr ablief, die Liste ist zu lang um alles aufzuschreiben... wären es nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten gewesen hätten wir uns nicht so geärgert. Jedenfalls war es bei unserer Abreise sauberer als vorher, auch davon habe ich Fotos gemacht. Das Haus an sich ist gut von der Aufteilung her und von den Möbeln für einen Urlaub, genügend Terrassenstühle und Liegen, Grill... alles vorhanden- der beheizte Pool war schön

Maison très agréable et calme

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Le jardin est au calme et sécurisé ( notre chien a pu en profiter ). Nous avons également pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du barbecue. Non loin, la plage et le ster offrent de belles balades. Nous recommandons sans soucis cette maison où nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Tolles Haus, tolle Ausstattung, freundliche Vermieter

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit guter Lage und, zu Fuß ca. 10Min vom Zentrum Esconil entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt und die Ausstattung (Küchenutensilien, Geräte,...) passt auch. Einziger Makel: Uns wurden bei Ankunft 150€ Endreinigung abgenommen, aber das Haus war relativ schmutzig, d.h. wir haben nach unserer Ankunft erstmal 2 Stunden geputzt. Tipp: Erstmal den Sauberkeitsstatus anschauen, dann die 150€ zahlen. Ansonsten, wie gesagt, klasse Haus!!

Super Unterkunft in toller Umgebung!

Haus und Pool sind toll. Auch die Fussnähe zum tollen Strand fanden wir super - für Kinder in jedem Fall sehr gut machbar. Lesconil ist als Ort einfach nett - nicht zu touristisch, aber trotzdem ein paar kleine Läden und Bars und v.a. mehrere Bäckereien mit leckeren Croissants und Törtchen. Tipp für die, die keine Fahrräder dabei haben: Man kann welche beim naheliegenden Campingplätzen ausleihen (wenn noch genug da sind), denn in den Ort ist es zu Fuss (bei heißen Temperaturen) zum Bäcker doch recht weit;- Also insgesamt alles super - nur die Ausstattung mit Töpfen in der Küche wäre verbesserungswürdig sowie der Wäscheständer draussen, der schon recht ramponiert ist;-

Tolles Haus, gut

Super Haus,alles was man braucht genügent vorhanden.Hier wurde viel Geld in die Ausstattung gesteckt.Gartenmöbel ,Liegen Stühle je für 10 Pers. vorhanden.Zum Strand ca.800 m,eine Strasse ist dabei zu überqueren das ist aber kein Problem. Man merkte das es neubau ist. Wir hatten im Vorfeld Problem die Adresse und wie wir den Schlüssel bekommen, Das größte Problem war dabei die Sprache.Bei der Hausübergabe war jemand dabei der nur Französich sprach,wir leider nicht. Verbesserungsvorschlag;Bei der Buchung die Adresse und wie die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen soll mitteilen.Papiere der Schlüsselübergabe auch in Deutsch und Englisch. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt kommen bestimmt wieder. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
