Some of the specialty restaurants were a bummer but the main buffet restaurant Don Julian alone would bring me back. A plethora of options that were different every night we were there. This is not 5 stars. The staff that were there were fantastic. The hotel seemed understaffed. The rooms are awful. The food was better than expected but every restaurant had a 20 to 40 minute wait with tons of open tables. The white party and Sil disco or a ton of fun.

Clean rooms…staff very friendly as our 3 time back to this hotel. Food is okay but not great…..pool and beach area are excellent for the property. 2 negatives….room card system not good and needs to keep on going to front desk to reset and room plugs for electronics are worn out. Overall would recommend as a good value and the staff make it very enjoyable.

All staff was courteous and helpful. The beach is beautiful Rooms could use a little freshening up but were clean Food was good, not great. Buffet was the best option.
