Although the staff was very nice helpful, and professional, the resort is in desperate need for maintenance. We also had to change room 3 times (on the basis of a disturbing noise in the first one) and every room we were given had severe maintenance issues. Our third one (246) also had a really bad sewage smell coming from the interior garden. Would not recommend.

We were interested in upgrading our room for a private pool room since our room was directly facing the main pool, was kind of hard to enjoy the balcony when you can basically have a conversation with the people in the pool. We were told to come back every morning to ask, every morning the price changed and it was a little difficult to even find someone who could even check or do the room change for us really. The kids pool is basically useless since there’s kids jumping around the main pool anyway. The all inclusive breakfast is no where near greek food, was a Cuba buffet. Had to pay 3 euro for an espresso cause that’s not included. Finally I had enough and told them I wasn’t happy and I was checking out early, the AC was terrible, my fiancées asthma was acting up and there were ants in the room.... the manager didn’t even come see us, the girl at the front told me someone would call me. I never got a phone call! I even emailed the hotel to tell them how unpleasant my stay was and no one ever got back to me. They do not care. If you’re going for a nice greece trip, save yourself the disappointment.

Great food with variety, friendly staff, rooms are VERY clean which is very important to me, also the entire hotel and pool are very well maintained, very calm and secluded 15 minutes drive from Chania, the beach that the hotel uses are 5 minutes walk on a small road, but still feels private, its an open sea not a marine

Nice hotel, a short walk from the beach

When I first arrived I was very dis heartened with how far away it was from the village but once we had a small taxi ride (costing only €9) I was very glad to be away from the hussel and bussel. Hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing and always happy to help. Food wasn't what we expected but we had recommendations from the very helpful taxi company for restaurant which were amazing! Pool facilities always clean, barmen always collecting glasses. Although we didn't use it we had free massage vouchers which I thought was a lovely touch. We were very lucky with our room, very spacious on the ground floor. Would definitely go back again! Very beautiful place.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect — from the warm and welcoming staff to the excellent services provided throughout our visit. The hotel has two beautiful outdoor pools: one for children with fun water slides, and a large one for adults, ideal for relaxing and swimming. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a great hotel experience!
