We were in town visiting family and it was our first time staying at this hotel. Most of the reviews were very positive, so we were surprised to find our room so unclean and in need of a refresh. Some examples - the lampshade next to the bed was splattered with brown drops, the wall near the hand soap/lotion pumps had many areas 2-3 feet from the dispensers with soap/lotion on it and the plastic cover over the tissue box was dirty. The room was icky! Staff were friendly at check-in.
Hard to capture the scope of the soap/lotion material all over this wall.

Came to visit my daughter at Hofstra and took her into the city. Stayed here because there was a reasonable price and had two queen beds instead of doubles or one king. This place is phenomenal! Friendly staff and very clean. Fitness room is decent and the hot tub was very nice. Could’ve been a little warmer, but I went in first in the morning and then it was heating up as I was in it. Pool is definitely chilly. I’ll definitely be back next time we come to visit my daughter.

For the price being asked, the place was OK, better than others in Plainview/Bethpage area, but not great. The pillows are HORRIBLE, you can hear people in other rooms, the toilet handle must be held down for 5 seconds for it to flush & no deadbolt.

The heater/ ac unit in the room was so loud that I could barely sleep. I woke up every time it turned on. The walls were so thin I could hear the conversation in the room next to me. I was charged 29$ through the website for breakfast meanwhile they were only charging you 20$ in the morning for breakfast. I’m confused by that. The staff was friendly and it was pretty clean but I won’t be staying there again.
