The hotel is very nice and updated. The hotel room smelled wonderful. Parking was kinda a pain. The parking garage was being used. Maybe they are redoing it. So you had to park in a parking lot around the corner which was a pain. But I would definitely stay here again

I did not have hot water for my shower. I went and complained to the front desk and they sent maintenance to my room who told me it was good enough. I then overheard other guests complaining they did not have hot water either. I would not go back to this hotel in the future.

Out of a 💯, id have to give a 95% and that is only because the women working at the front desk upon my departure was very rude over the phone. Then on top of that, she and another employee at the front desk were chatting about me, not knowing that I was standing right in front of them. (And if they did know, thats even worse on there behalf) Some of the other ladies at the front desk were amazing!!! (Morgan, Kathy) ❤️

Carpet has been cleaned but was old with deep stains that will never come out. Didn’t want to walk barefoot. Accessibility was good in shower, but not around toilet. Grab bar was behind the toilet! Who could ever use it. Breakfast was pretty good and refreshed often, but again, the floor did not look clean. The little restaurant was great, however. Excellent menu and prep, cute bar and terrific service. Made up for a lot. View was terrible— of a tar roof. Not much to be done there.

The hotel was good. My only complaint is that I emailed a couple days ahead of our check-in for a room that would be away from either an ice-machine or some other common louder feature, because we were travelling with our dog; this would help settle her more easily for the night. We ended up with a room right next to the elevators and with louder neighbors. So it took all of us a while to fall asleep even after hiking all day.

We had an excellent stay here. Everybody was very friendly and felt very welcoming. It was shocking to see how clean the room and facilities were the price is excellent. The only downside is the parking garage being out of commission and having to walk to the TD Bank for parking. Would definitely stay here again!!
