Receptionist at check-in was cold, apathetic, apparently over this job and anyone coming to the desk…really sets a $200+ weeknight stay off on the wrong foot. Nice view from the room of a wide open dumpster right below. Family in the area, but I won’t be back.

The apartment was clean and in good condition. The lodge desk staff was helpful. The pool was really nice. The weight room had some broken equipment and needed an update and it would’ve been nice to have some hooks outside by the hot tub. I also noticed that the showerhead in our bathroom was hilariously low and barely tall enough to get my head under at 5 foot five. Overall, we had a good visit and it is good for families with really convenient parking by the front door.

Generous sized rooms that were clean and reasonably equipped. decor was a bit dated but well maintained. The hot tub and pool were quite nice and the location was fairly central to activities in the Berkshires via car. Staff were friendly and check in a breeze.
