This was a terrible experience. The mattress was terrible with actual deep holes in it. The black-out curtains in this corner suite (408) did not overlap so they did not black anything out. They also had many hole sin them. The decorative curtains were ripped and torn. TV did't work, got a new controller, that did not work. The hotel was very old outdated and dirty in general. The restaurant had a tiny amount of seats for the closest hotel to 2 major league sports teams. Bar staff had no idea what beers they even sold. Two staff on for a full house. Hospitality in this hotel is non-existent. GM needs to go this is not the first bad review. What a waste of time for the guests as well as for the people trying to do a good job. GO anywhere else!

Beautiful property especially the main entrance. BUT it is currently being renovated so it sort of takes away from the grandness of the old property. Maybe they should advise potential folks it is undergoing a facelift.

Disappointed

First with the great. From our room the view was great to look at the river, bridge and stadium. Also the shower water pressure was awesome. The rest of the room was pretty beat up. Towels were old, crunchy and thin. The walls were scuffed throughout. Art was missing from the walls. The dresser had doors with broken hinges. The couch felt and sounded like it would break when you sat on it. The curtains were torn. They only stocked the coffee once for a three day stay. There was never shower gel. We paid more than $500 a night for a room basically to a Hampton Inn!
