Welcome to our house, a cozy 3-bedroom home in the heart of the South Hills. The house is newly renovated and beautifully furnished. An open-style first-floor dining and living room area is the perfect space to hang out, enjoy some food, and watch TV. The newly constructed porch is a nice place to get some air and enjoy your morning coffee (provided). Tons to do around and only a 15-minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh by car, or via the light rail system located right across the street. The space. Opting for clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen awaits with features including both a coffee and tea bar to accommodate every guest in your party. With three bedrooms, there's space to comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Don't be afraid to mention any special requests you might have to make your stay more comfortable! The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee, etc. along with all of the appliances you will need for your vacation including a dishwasher. There is a laundry room for your convenience located in the basement. The living area is a large area with plenty of comfortable seating and one couch that can be used as a bed. The living room has a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other services. Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is an alarm clock that has built-in USB ports for charging phones or anything that requires a USB chord. Bedroom 2: 2 full-size beds. There is a lamp that has built-in USB ports for charging appliances. Bedroom 3: full-size bed. Free WiF. Please don't throw any parties including bachelor/bachelorette parties. Tarik's home is part of a duplex. There were residents next door, but it remained quiet throughout our stay. He provided excellent guidelines for accessing his home. The kitchen is well stocked with oils, vinegars, and spices. It has a spacious refrigerator and freezer. There are also some can goods and other non-perishable foods available, if needed, as well as coffee for the coffee-maker. The master bedroom is spacious and the other bedrooms are comfortable. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. There is a laundry in the basement. It was hot and muggy during our stay, but the air-conditioning system is adjustable and kept us cool. It was too warm to take full advantage of the deck, which is very nice. There is a large Shop and Save within a three minute drive, and Tarik's home is located within walking distance of the Castle Shannon Park and Ride on Pittsburgh's Tram System with easy access to the theaters downtown, the ball parks on the North Shore and the Hockey Arena. Or you can take the tram to the South Hills Village Mall. There is parking available on the street in front of the house and down below the house in a private parking area. Tarik answered all of our questions and was an ideal host. We recommend that you consider staying at his charming home on your next visit to Pittsburgh.

Great stay with family

This was a very tidy, updated duplex. Clean, everything you could want or need in the kitchen. The deck was really nice with lots of space to visit and we had great weather to enjoy it. We had a group of 5 adults and the space worked great but you must go upstairs for bedrooms and bath so keep that in mind.

Nice place

The property was just like it was described. It was convenient to our family and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and quieter than I anticipated. Many upgrades were made to the property. The only difficulty was with the check-in/check-out information but managed to get the check-in information in time after contacting the host. The property is on a pretty nice size hillside which made it a little difficult to get in if you can't do hills. Other than that all was good.
