Super cool hotel with friendly staff. They served hot cocoa on check in, and have a cocktail hour from 5 - 6 pm complimentary. There is also coffee service in the morning complementary. We loved it.

Check in was not great. Valet guy approached quickly and oddly without much explanation then disappeared. The lady at the reception desk was sullen. No greeting. Just demanded ID and CC without even looking up and no “please” or other engagement. It was an unpleasant welcome to what otherwise seemed to be a nice hotel.
