The phone in the room was not working when I arrived so I could not set a backup wake up call. Housekeeping did not clean the room until the third day of the trip. Additionally, housekeeping did not supply me with new glasses for water my entire five night stay. I stay at this property every visit to Pittsburgh, but have never had one with such large deviations from the norm.

Easy walk to PPG Paint Arena

Still my top choice for a hotel downtown but the price has me considering staying else where in the future. In town for a music concert, it was in easy walking distance of the event venue.

Art Deco Style and Modern Comfort

We loved our stay at the beautiful Kimpton Monaco. Comfort and quality. The staff provided excellent service despite a full hotel with four wedding parties staying there. Love the art deco theme throughout. Room was large and well appointed, bed super comfortable. Sunday morning breakfast service was terribly slow as was valet car retrieval. Otherwise all good. Would return.

From the moment we arrived late at night, our experience was excellent. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, knowledgeable , and offered great suggestions. Our room was stunning, very clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Our king room was the perfect size. The shower was great as well.
