The room was in good condition but the sheets had orange markings on them, hand towels also had orange markings. The hotel parking policy is not the best. I purposely didn’t select parking on booking but when I got to the hotel I was told if I book a hotel thru Expedia I automatically had to pay 22$ a night. But the clerk at the hotel Indigo ask me what type of parking did I I want. I selected the 10$ parking. But this was my issue with the hotel!

First time staying at this hotel. We were very pleased with everything from the very clean and spacious king bed room to the absolutely wonderful staff we encountered throughout our stay. The staff was polite and friendly and very helpful and accommodating with my mother and I and our mobility issues. We are in Oakland area a lot for doctor appointments, so we are adding this hotel to the top of our list of usual places to stay. And the food at the in house restaurant was delicious and the wait staff delivering room service were also wonderful.

Unfortunately my recent stay was disappointing.The room did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There was a shirt left from previous guest, hair in the shower, and the pull out couch had chips and other debris in it. Overall the rooms didn’t feel clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at Indigo 5 times in the past few months. I highly recommend it. Rooms are beautiful and clean, staff is very courteous and helpful, and the food at the hotel bistro is fantastic.
