This trip was a special gift for my baseball-loving husband and our kids. Each year, we visit a new stadium, and this time, it was PNC Park. The weather was perfect, travel was smooth, and excitement filled the air as we explored Pittsburgh for the first time.
The House: The photos don’t do it justice. The house spans 3.5 beautifully curated floors, feeling like an art historian’s home. It’s a mix of elegance, quirkiness and comfort, with every room more stunning than the last.
The Bedrooms: Two official bedrooms, plus a cozy living room with the comfiest sleeper sofa I’ve ever experienced. All the beds were fantastic, and each room had its own unique charm. The top-floor bedroom even has a Mary Poppins-esque rooftop view and sparkly-painted floors.
The Bathrooms: Like a luxury hotel but better. Walk-in showers, great water pressure, plush towels, and thoughtful touches like toiletries made it feel indulgent.
The Living Space: Perfect for gathering. We loved starting our mornings with coffee before heading out and ended our days bringing back food to enjoy around the table and hanging out after our long days of exploring.
The Neighborhood: Incredible location! There’s a wine-tasting room downstairs (which we visited twice!), and plenty of nearby breakfast spots, a famous sandwich shop, a Thai restaurant, parks, museums, and yes—it’s truly an 8-minute walk to the stadium.
We felt instantly at home. Caroline's amazing hospitality made this a fabulous experience.
