This unit is perfect for a family beach getaway. The unit is exactly as described and more. It is literally 2 very short blocks from the beach and the main drag with all of the shops, restaurants . . . and the pier. For families with kids, this unit is very well equipped: baby gates, toddler plates, booster chair, a box of kid books and a play/sleep pen. Laundry is in the garage along with beach toys. The kitchen is fully equipped, so just bring your food and you are ready to go. Oh, and the sleeper couch in the living room is actually comfortable! If you want to be comfortable and "in the action" in Pismo, this unit is perfect.

The host was very attentive and helpful. The house was super clean and just 2 blocks from the beach. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed, including an air fryer!

Great location. Awesome cinnamon rolls down the street. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. The place was well equipped for families of all ages. Kitchen was well equipped and we could cook conveniently. Indoor garage was very nice and not having to find street parking. Nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available for us to use. I would go back to this place.

We had a small issue at check in, but the host was very responsive and provided an immediate remedy. The 2 car garage was very nice (street parking can be difficult at times), and fit 2 cars easily. Excellent location.

Perfect for our needs!

The apartment was clean, location was great & beds were comfy. We were attending a family reunion, so did not need the kitchen much, but it was well equipped. We appreciated the water on the fridge as well. Thank you!

Did like the fact the property was three stories. Pictures are deceiving. If you have young kids there’s a lot of stairs. A lot of stairs to lug luggage up. Found hair in master bathroom sink and the air fryer was dirty with left over food in it. Other than that it was quiet, short walk to pismo pier.

Good place to stay

Very clean, nice location and very well maintained property had a very pleasant day. I will be booking this property again in the future for my family. The only tough thing was the stairs because I had a kid who had a fractured leg and was in a wheelchair, so it was hard to get them up and down the stairs besides that great stay

Condo is in perfect location, close to beach and downtown. Garage was very convenient for parking and cleaning up after the beach. Great to have washer/dryer. House was well equipped for kids with safety gates, pack n play, beach toys & chairs, and wagon. We would love to stay here again!
