Beautiful building in a quaint Tuscan neighbor. It was an easy evening walk to the tower with many options for wine, dinner and shopping until after 10 pm. We found a sweet tavern with music and great wine. In the morning we overlooked an open market. The owner responded quickly to our text messages. Thank you!

Super nice property!

Pretty property. Great communication on how to get into the house, but had to make several attempts at scanning the QR code and entering the password. Seems like there had to be right at the front door in order to get the Wi-Fi to work. Once we got in the property was beautiful and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. It’s hard to call what’s left in the room at breakfast, but the coffee was good and the yogurt and fresh fruit were wonderful. We passed on the “pastries“😉

Amazing Pisa stay!

Amazing stay. We got the room early so we could drop our bags and rest a little before going back to visit the Pisa museums. Water, fruit and snack were provided. The lobby/lounge is comfortable and allowed for us to make coffee/tea. B&B located on the way between train station and the Pisa tower and central to great restaurants.

Another great stay here. Stayed here last year and thought it was so good I came back. Can’t fault the location or room. Loved the complimentary breakfast fruit yogurt and pastries. Clean and easy to check in and out.

Excellent location, comfy but terrible breakfast!

Ignore ‘breakfast’ in the accomodation’s title as you just get a yoghurt, apple and processed.wrapped croissant in the mini bar. Sadly the very nice ‘dining area’ isn’t used other than as a corridor! Anyhow, this is an excellent, central location walkable to anywhere in the city. Comfortable bed and large en suite room.

A real gem in

This hotel was a great find. We booked an apartment for the four of us. The kids were on a sofa bed in the living area and we had a separate room. It had a central location within easy walking distance of the train station and the tower. The room was clean and comfortable. No breakfast but the hosts left some breakfast items in the fridge and in the room. Also it was in a quiet area so no noise at night.

No personnel on site. Property owners messages you code to door and instructions on B&B. Room was large and had nice bathroom. Breakfast was pre packaged food left in room with yogurt and fruit in fridge. This was a disappointment as packaged croissants in Italy are not quite the same as fresh ! We were only here one night and it was adequate though There are stairs to climb to apartment so just be aware if you have knee /hip issues .

We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. There was fruit, yogurt, and juice in the mini fridge and a few packaged items on the table each day. Nothing special. Don't stay here for the breakfast. Stay here for the location and the gorgeous property.

The breakfast that was provided was inexcusably poor considering the price. We stayed in seven other hotels in Tuscany so we were able to compare. Dry buns in cellophane won't do. There is an attractive breakfast room that isn't used. Why not provide guests with some fresh pastries as so many other establishments do? We were disappointed.
