The online photos are not accurate. The hotel probably was like that 10 years ago. The shower is tiny and leaking. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good, orange squash instead of juice and the bread was not fresh. I would have gone elsewhere for breakfast.

Convenient and good value for money

The hotel is very convenient for the station and the main sights are walkable from it. If you have a room on the road side there is a fair amount of noise. It is comfortable and everything is very clean. Our shower worked well but I found it impossible to stop it spraying on to the bathroom floor. The breakfast is continental but with a fair range. Overall it's good value for money.

The property is ranked 4 star but the service and the room is very poor. I booked a double room for 1 adult and 2 toddlers. I was given a single room with 2 single bed joined together to create a double bed. Very uncomfortable cause the bed kept shifting and I had to keep pushing it back together to prevent my kids from falling. The room was very hot and when I ask the staff to provide me a remote to on the Air condition he said that the AC is not working. My kids were bitten all over their body by mosquitoes cause they’ve got no protection against mosquitoes and since the AC is not working had to sleep with the window open. The was very small and uncomfortable. There was no toilet roll in the room and had to go get one 6am in the morning cause my child needed the toilet. I couldn’t sleep because there was a terrible noise coming from the mini bar fridge in the room. I am so disappointed because the hotel has a good potential due to the position. Very close to train station and to the airport. My disappointment was also experiencing the ignorance of the owner of the hotel who heard me speaking Italian and asked me what country I am from. I confirmed that I am Italian and she went ahead a state that she was asking as she could only see a black woman. I didn’t escalate it due to my children being around and didn’t want to give her ignorance any attention. I was charged 100 euro per night plus extra 15 euro for staying tax. The property is not worth the money and star.

Very clean hotel. Small but adequate. Air conditioner did not work. Breakfast was 7euros and was sufficient but not a lot of choices. No fruit. Overall would recommend for a stay in Pisa

The Air conditioning didnt work and it was 37 degree. When I asked to change the room they said no, and that is only it, they didnt even try to compensate with a fan or something! Apart from that the room was ok/average , but the bathroom had a minimal shower space with a broken shower curtain. No 3-star hotel at all. the only good thing is that is in front of the station and walk distance of shopping stores

Worst hotel experience

Air condition was not working well. When we complained they gave us a fan that wasn’t enough. The room was so small. You could hardly get into the shower. We requested to be transferred to another room. They said all rooms were taken. We learned the following day that it was not true and that the air condition was working better in another room. We demanded a refund and we were planning to go to another hotel. They said there was no refund. We had to bear the heat 30 that became 32 degrees until the following morning. It was the worst hotel experience we had.

Very poor stay, I knew it wouldn’t be luxury stay, but the little they offer, it’s bad. The room was very hot, the AC wouldn’t work after a long time, I got in touch with the front desk and the guy pressed a button and it came on, but it did not cool the room. Breakfast was bad, I asked for eggs, the front desk he said he would bring, but after 20 minutes, I went back to him, he said it would take 20 minutes to cook them, we waited 45 minutes for 4 boiled eggs. The coffee was terrible. And, I got a parking ticket for parking where the front desk guy told me to park.

Good location and adequate, though dated

Perfect location--a 5-minute walk from the starion, where taxis to the center of town are readily available. Fast and efficient check-in. Adequate breakfast. Well-worn and dated furniture, fixtures, and flooring, but basically clean. AC was barely keeping up, so the room was a bit warm. Tiny claustrophobic elevator with room for two without luggage, but only one with luggage. It was fine for a quick one-night reservation, but probably not a good choice for a longer stay.

Though the staff were friendly enough, the breakfast ok but not great. For example there was no fruit or salad. I kind of expect that when paying £90 per night. The rooms are not very secure though there's a safe. Inadequete staff at reception meaning they have to lock the doors. I was not able to come and collect my luggage that I left during the day. Security needs updating. The room had ants on the floor plus, I was bitten a lot by mosqitos. The shower was so small I had a job to turn around. I'm glad I stayed just one night.
