Brews and Snooze was a great place to stay for a shopping getaway with my sister. It was convenient to wonderful shops and restaurants in Pinehurst, Aberdeen and Southern Pines. The villa was clean and well stocked with needed items and Ginga was a great host and easy to work with! Will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

We were in Pinehurst for a few days looking at real estate. The location of this property was perfect for us. It was easy to get to downtown Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Whispering Pines and wherever else we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and we were able to take walks every morning.Communication with owner was seamless and property was extremely comfortable and clean. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Overall this is a very nice property. Check in was easy and communication with host was very good. We were even able to get an early check in. Initial impressions were very good. The kitchen is fully stocked and the overall condo was clean. Plenty of essentials are provided. The bedrooms lack any drawer space. Both rooms could use a dresser. The master bathroom had a constant musty smell that required us to run the fan 24 hours a day. We also had issues locking the door with the keypad. We had a very rainy week in Pinehurst and the additional moisture may have caused some of these issues including finding a dead palmetto bug in the kitchen one morning that must have been driven inside from all the rain. All issues were communicated to the host, and she replied positively saying they will be making a trip there to check everything out. Even with the few issues we had the overall stay was good and the condo fit our needs perfectly.

Stayed for 12 days, everything was perfect! Fantastic host. Great location, super clean, modern. Well-stocked, even had a full spice rack in the kitchen.Will absolutely stay there again.

Great Vacation

Accomodations were excellent and location is very close to all amenities. Restaurants were fine. Cradle golf at Pinehurst was overpriced and undermanaged. Accomodations were perfect for 4 adults. Would definitely stay again.

All the comforts of home!

So well appointed, kitchens to baths. Clean, organized and such a great location! We played several of the courses and were literally just a handful of minutes to each one. Everything you need is in this rental!

Fantastic Exierience

The property is perfect and in a great location on course number 6 in Pinehurst. The communication from Ginga is better than I’ve had from anyone ever on any vacation. I promise you would not regret staying at this property and the entire experience was seamless. Highly recommend!

This place was fantastic! It was well stocked, just as if I had never left my home. It was quiet and comfortable. Owners were very responsive to my questions and very accommodating! Well worth the time and money!

Clean and spacious

Pinehurst Brews and Snooze was very clean and spacious! The kitchen was well equipped. We loved that parking was easy and right in front of the property. The one thing I would recommend is ceiling fans in the bedrooms or an oscillating fan. Lovely condo! We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Golf Getaway

My friend and I were competing in the Mid Pines Hickory Golf tournament and thought this cottage would be the perfect place to relax after each full day of golf. It fit the bill perfectly. Located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood close to anything you could need while in the Pinehurst area. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
