"We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to experience the full benefits of the hotel. What we did experience was a poorly run Valet Parking but only upon arrival. After being serviced it seemed to run more smoothly. Our room was just okay for a one night stay but extremely over priced! The carpet may have been vacuumed but was in need of a thorough steam cleaning. The bathroom was tight with space for only one person. The bathroom faucet was so loose it swiveled when you tried to turn on the water. The sink filled up with water and drained very slowly. The shower was the worst. No shower head adjustment for the water, only one safety handle and definitely not ADA compliant. If you’re elderly as we are, you definitely must be specific about your needs and the type room you require. This is made more difficult as you cannot connect directly with the hotel to speak with someone. All calls are directed towards bookings only. Overall, it would be unfair for us to give a thumbs down for those who prefer the Hilton but there are other hotels that offer similar benefits for a far lower price with rooms in far better condition. Albeit, if you prefer to be on the beach and money is no object, go for it."
