Yes but hotel markets itself as hypoallergenic and I spent the first night of our vacation sneezing uncontrollably. I finally requested the heater filter he inspected. Courtney was great and came up with a new filter. The old one looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. Also the TV was useless despite instructions to connect to room unique WiFi to be able to stream movies directly from your phone. When the staff was asked about this they were clueless. Overall everything else was great!

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere, breathtaking views, and exceptional service. It was our family’s first time in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and the experience was absolutely magical. They offer a lovely breakfast, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff is incredibly pleasant. It truly feels like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

I had the same front desk lady for check in and out. I guess she did not get pay to be friendly, helpful or at least smile. People were really mad as rooms were not ready for check in time. We had less towels than people in the room, even though reservations were made with the exact amount of guests, and every day we had less towels left. They don’t clean the rooms. Hallways smell like marihuana despite describing themselves as smoke free!!! I will definitely never stay in there or recommend to any of my friends or family!!

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was unbelievable! Beds were comfy and the hotel was really clean. We will be back.

There was no housekeeping service provided during my entire stay, and the breakfast offerings lacked variety and were sometimes not fully stocked. Additionally, I found a dead fly and another insect in my room, which was disappointing.
