- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.

the size of the condo was what we needed for 3 friends staying together. The place could use some TLC. the gill and outdoor table area had not been mowed and it's right by the garbage cans, not very inviting for cooking out. The pool itself was great, but the stairs going to the outdoor deck looked questionable.

We had another great stay at the condo. The location is perfect for a little privacy, yet close enough to the attractions if you wanted. The host is always available if you have questions or need anything. The condo could use a little updating, but we would definitely stay there again!
My kids loved the condo. Really big shower. Looked like a cave. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Great views from the deck.

Poor instructions about how to find the unit. The neighborhood is rough, complete with several disabled vehicles in the parking lot. The unit was dated and tired needing renovation. Previous reviews do not reflect the current condition of the property.

Convenient and Comfy
This property is a hidden gem. The location is central to everything in PF with easy access to Veterans Boulevard and Dollywood. This is a two-story property, so the stairs may pose a problem for someone with mobility issues, but it is extremely comfy and welcoming. The views from the private balconies are wonderful. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Check-in and out was a breeze. Do yourself a favor and check this place out for your next Pigeon Forge getaway.
