The entire facility is very clean. The rooms are large and the beds are great. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was mold in the bathroom, smelled so bad I had to go and buy air fresheners, called the staff and asked for cups and they told me I could come down to get them myself. The breakfast was subpar. The tub didn’t hold water at all. The air conditioner was very loud and didn’t work that great

Smiling in the Smokies

We visit Pigeon Forge every year. This was our second stay here. It's very affordable, the rooms are clean, the people are nice. It's located on Parkway, so it's close to all of our favorite attractions. The hot breakfast is nice. We have traveled and gotten stuck in some shady places, so it's nice knowing this is a good affordable place for us when we visit Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. I have told all my friends and family about it, I would recommend it to anyone.

Everything was great room clean bed and pillows was comfy location was great for us. not right in the middle of things but still close enough to walk to several things.
