The room smelled amazing when we walked in. The staff were fantastic! They have free coffee, tea, chips, snacks and donuts 24/7. The pool and hot tub are 24/7. It's a 5-6 minute walk to The Island and we will always stay here! we've found our new home away from home.
This was a cute little towel animal that was waiting for us when we arrived. So cute!

The staff at Arbors were friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were nice. We very much enjoyed the nightly music by NeeCee. The location was great as well, we were able to walk to the island easily We will definitely stay here again.
We were greeted with swans.
The jetted bathtub was wonderful .
The fireplace was an added extra.
Sitting by the fire and listening to NeeCee was so relaxing.

Rooms are clean. In general we were happy with the hotel in terms of amenities and service. Parking and breakfast were a bit of challenge because the pancake house, although delicious, had a very long line both days. The hotel was apparently booked and parking was a challenge. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and will stay again if we go back that way.
