sea view ideal for 2 people, with private parking and beautiful spacious terrace of 50M2. southern exposure, we think we have all gathered so that you can have a pleasant stay. living room equipped with a very comfortable BZ a tv, a kitchen equipped with hob dishwasher, and linen, refrigerator, microwave oven, mini chain stereo, toaster, traditional and nespresso machine, iron with table. Independent bedroom with its 160 cm large closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, heated towel rail, toilet. Located near shops, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, medical center, butcher, Corsican market. Close to many activities such as hiking, tree climbing, diving, thatched huts, heavenly, idyllic beaches, etc.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist perfekt und lädt zum erholen ein. Es ist außerdem sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht ist ruhig gelegen und bietet von ihrer Terasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Alles war top sauber und Gerald hat uns mit seiner ruhigen und freundlichen Art sehr warmherzig in Empfang genommen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Très agréable séjour dans un écrin de verdure avec vue sur mer et en particulier le coucher de soleil fabuleux tous les soirs! C’est un endroit extrêmement calme, un appartement propre, grand et très bien équipé. Petit plus les visites trop rare de Poé…Des propriétaires adorables et disponibles avec de petites attentions qui font plaisir! Une place de parking est disponible.Accès en 10 minutes à la plage de Ruppione…en tout cas à l’allée… n’étant pas sportive le retour est un peu plus long mais largement faisable!

Superbe vue depuis la terrasse. Nous avons vécu plus dehors que dedans et avons pu admirer de nombreux couchers de soleil...Le logement était hyperfonctionnel rien ne nous a manqué. Nous étions proches des plages et pouvions même nous y rendre à pieds bien que la remontée était très physique !!! Mais après tout il est bon aussi de faire du sport en vacances!! Proches aussi d'Ajaccio (30 min.) si nous voulions nous rendre dans une grande ville.Un grand merci à Chantal et Gérald pour leur accueil.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unproblematisch und einfach. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben alles vor Ort erklärt bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist wenige Minuten entfernt und man kann ihn fußläufig gut erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter weg, aber auch das ist mit einem Fahrzeug unproblematisch. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Vielen Dank an Chantal und Gerard.

De l’arrivée jusqu’au départ tout a été extraordinaire.- l’accueil de Gérald qui fut très arrangeant,- la location conforme aux photos et surtout propre, bien équipée et fonctionnelle,- le lotissement est extrêmement calme et la vue sur la mer magnifique,- très bien situé pour se rendre à la plage à pied et idéal pour visiter l’île,À refaire et recommande fortement.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden herzlich von Gerald empfangen. Er hat uns die wichtigsten Dinge in französisch erklärt. Es waren mehrere nette Gastgeschenke verteilt.Die Ferienwohnung und die Terrasse vermitteln viel Privatsphäre. Die Familie wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Aber durch den eigenen Zugang und schönen Pflanzenbewuchs bekommt man davon fast nichts mit. Wenn man etwas benötigt - einfach anrufen.In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Auf der Terrasse findet man immer eine schattige Sitzgelegenheit. Entweder die beiden Liegestühle oder die Zweierbank oder den Frühstücks- und Abendessen-Tisch für 2 Personen mit Blick auf das Meer unter dem Baum. Dann gibt es auch noch den Sonnenschirm und die schöne Hängematte.Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Gutes WiFi gibt es auch (Geschwindigkeit gemessen im Wohnraum 50 Mbps Download, 70 Mbps Upload).Volle Empfehlung - vielen Dank für alles.

die wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, funktional, hat alles was man braucht. die lage ist super: blick von der terrasse aus auf den sonnenuntergang im meer.wir waren gut 2 wochen dort und haben es sehr genossen.chantal und gerald sind sehr freundliche zuvorkommende gastgeberinnen. wir würden jederzeit hier wieder ferien buchen!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen, ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist gut, lediglich die Blechstühle aussen fanden wir weniger gut. Es sei auch darauf hingewiesen, dass etwas enge (wegen der nicht geschnittenen Sträucher) und unkomfortable Treppen zum Apartment führen, was für ältere oder behinderte Menschen schwierig sein könnte. Auch den ansonsten herrlichen Ausblick von der Terrasse könnte man durch Pflanzenschnitt verbessern.

Geweldige plek

Een prima overnachtingsplek op 10 minuten lopen van de kust. Wees je wel bewust dat je via een steile stenen trap naar beneden gaat en ook weer omhoog moet! Het huisje is netjes, ziet er modern uit en is met de auto via een slingerende weg prima te bereiken. Voor het huisje is een mooie houten vlonder met uitzicht op de baai waar je de volledige ochtend schaduw hebt. In de buurt van het huisje (een auto is aan te raden) vind je een bakker, en pizzeria en een supermarkt. De verhuurders zijn hartelijk en heten je welkom met een klein welkomstpakket.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Inselentdeckungsreisen

Sehr erholsam, da die Lage erhöht ist, totale Ruhe, herrlich auch die Aussicht aufs Meer bei einem Glas Wein. Sehr angenehmes freundliches Vermieterehepaar. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, wir haben zweimal selber gekocht. Vorsaison hilft, da noch sehr angenehme kühle Nächte.
