The first room we went into was not ready for us there was no kettle to boil water and no coffee or tea bags The nightshift staff were not helpful She said to us wait for tomorrow There was animal poo on the couch there was no hot water for shower No Tv working Now the next day we were put in a new room which had a hot shower but TV still didn’t work I did not expect too much of this hotel because it was cheap but I did expect a hot shower and Coffee and tea

Better than Expected

This is another one of those pretty decent hotels that happen to be quite cheap. In fact it is located in the heart of Phuket Town, which is actually quite a gorgeous location. Sure, it certainly isn’t one of those beachside resorts, but the thing is that Phuket Town is actually a world away from that part of the island, and in a sense has a life of its own. In many cases this hotel was a pleasant surprise, though the breakfast offering in the morning was rather disappointing in that they didn’t have any cereal on offer. However, the service was pretty good, and while it wasn’t the flashiest of hotels, it not only served its purpose, but it was quite comfortable as well.

Hôtel bien mais vieillissant et sans âme. La chambre est équipé d'une TV avec une chaîne, pas de pression dans la douche. Le personnel est bien et les chambres grandes. Vraiment pas terrible.

Reasonable basic hotel

The hotel is somewhat old. The room had known better days. However, it was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful The bad was comfortable and the it was quite . Breakfast was basic. Overall good value for the money.

Gute Lage nahe Thalang Road (historisches Zentrum)

Wir befanden uns 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und besichtigten zu Fuss die historische Altstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Eigentlich wäre es gut möglich gewesen, von unserem Strandhotel an einem Tag hin- und zurückzufahren (blaue Busse kosten 40 Baht pro Weg und Person), jedoch hätten wir die schöne Beleuchtung der Häuser der Thalang Road am Abend verpasst und auch den Wochenendmarkt etwas ausserhalb von Phuket town. Es war für uns eine gute Abwechslung zum Strand. Das Hotel Phuket Town Inn ist sehr gross und wir sahen kaum andere Gäste, auch beim Frühstück. Erst bei unserer Abreise trafen mehrere Gruppen asiatischer Touristen ein. Das Badezimmer ist eher einfach und auch das Frühstücksbuffet, zu diesem günstigen Preis jedoch sehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer Richtung Dibuk Road haben eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne und auf einen Tempel, die Zimmer Richtung Thalang Road haben hingegen eher eine Aussicht auf graue Gebäude. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Great hotel for the price

The hotel itself was a little old, but clean and will kept. The staff were very friendly, however they didn't speak a word of English. Breakfast was included, at no extra charge. I would for sure stay here again.
