Good stay, pool bar was closed, maybe it’s the off season. Restaurant not open either. Pool is nice though. Convenient to elephant sanctuaries and shopping centers (we had a motorbike). Room was very clean and tidy.

The property was beautiful, staff were wondering. However, the location is not great. Too far away from amenities. Cab ride was 30 minutes every where. Also on the website when booking it says there is an airport shuttle offered however when I called to have it pick me up from the airport there was no shuttle. At the very minimum reception should have informed me of how much a typical cab would cost as I was ripped off at the airport, paying 800 to get to the hotel. Also the cab driver, who works for the transfer service at the airport, Mr. Cha, actually pulled us up to his cab storefront where another woman came into the cab and tried to convince us to book another cab with them! As if they haven’t stolen enough of our money. Absolutely ridiculous. However, hotel itself was great, room was pretty clean but bathroom was not cleaned properly.
