Impecable todas las instalaciones y el personal sĆŗper servicial, nos ayudaron en todo con mucha voluntad ya q no hablamos inglĆ©s y se hace mĆ”s difĆ­cil la comunicaciĆ³n, hasta llamaron al prĆ³ximo hotel q tenĆ­amos reserva en otra isla para avisar q llegarĆ­amos de noche para que nos esperaran al check in Lo sĆŗper recomiendo cerca de los centros comerciales y vida nocturna.

Anywhere but here

Booked 5 nights here as part of my sooo travel of Asia , Iā€™m 19 and male. Left after one night due to being unable to sleep beacsue of noise and the surroundings. Patong beach was extremely crowded and filled with workers constantly trying to sell you stuff. The street right outside the hotel is horrible and absolutely packed with dodgy Thai Massage places where you get approached every couple of minutes. Didnā€™t receive any form of refund either after leaving the first night. Definitely wouldnā€™t recommend this hotel and especially Patong.

Very friendly staff at reception, efficient cleaning staff, quiet locale and close to all essentials. It's a good deal and should be considered if you're a budget traveler looking for a great stay.

Great Hotel for a good value

I had the joy to travel to Thailand. The hotel was in the middle of everything, so it was convenient. Iā€™d enjoy the spacious room and had the jacuzzi as part of my booking. The upstair gym can use a bit of work, but you can be creative with your workouts and basically get every muscle you need to worked on in. I rarely use the gym since Iā€™m on vacation so there was no need for it. You may think it will be loud since it is in the middle of everything, but it actually was not. I slept peacefully during my stay.

Nice little hotel in the middle of Patong beach

The hotel is located in a nice location in an alleyway and away from the crowd. It is not a fancy hotel but serves the purpose of the trip as you are not going to be spending a lot of time in the hotel room other than for sleeping. What I didn't like was that they charged a 4% surcharge on paying by credit card - I have never seen a hotel do a 4% surcharge on credit card. None of the hotels in Thailand did this.

Warm staff made us feel at home

The location is very good, in the heart of Patong. The room was big and Nice. But the best part was the staff, all shifts and all the time. Extremely nice how we felt welcomed. Recommended!

The rooms are a bit dated and the shower has a curtain but the deluxe room I had for myself was massive. The TV also had Amazon, Netflix, etc included so no shortage of things to watch. The safe didnā€™t have instructions on how to use so I put in a code and it locked it but the manager the next day showed me how to use it. I paid Ā£65/night for late December booking a couple of months ago. You can hear all the people downstairs in the bar talking and in the hallway but is away from the main hustle and bustle so you wonā€™t be bothered by noise for there I didnā€™t get a great night sleep there but that may have been the jet lag Staff were helpful in part thanks to Google translate :)

Love the easy access to the room. Studio front of the Hotel. Although the Bar is a few steps from my room, I was still able to get some sleep. Cookie monster is loud, hahaha. All the ladies working from each shift were very kind and helpful. Definitely would book again.

Good hotel in Patong

This is a good hotel in a quiet street in Patong. This was my second stay here. Rooms are big with all amenteties you need. Jacuzziroom very nice. Lovely staff helping with all you need. They even have a fitness, but in need of an upgrade.
