Don’t do it

I have travels around the world, staying in hostels and home stays to 5 star resorts and everything in between. This is the first time I have left a hotel after just one night. The difference between the pictures on this app and reality was shocking. This hotel is run down, with old rusty tables in the lobby and an abandoned “restaurant”by the pool. The property is overgrown and not kept clean. There are SO many places to stay in Phu Quoc, to fit all budgets and trip types. Do not stay here.

Stay clear!!!

Worst place we have ever lived. No luxury at all. Very bad service upon arrival in the reception. The hotel said our reservation was cancelled - which it was not. Had to contact hotels.com for help. Hotels.com tried calling the hotel but the people in the reception ignored all call even when we stood there and asked them to answer. After 3 hours of chatting with hotels.com they finally gave us our rooms. The rooms are in poor conditions. The safe was broken and it was not possible to lock the door. In the evening we also found a cockroach in the bathroom sink. The staff dont speak english. Breakfast bad. Will never stay here again.
