Hotelli mainosti, että yläkerrasta saisi lisähintaan aamiaista ja muutenki siellä olisi ravintola. Todellisuudessa sellaista ei ollut. Huoneessa ei ole mitään äänieristystä. Huoneeseen kuuluu aivan kaikki. Sängyssä ja sängyn päädyssä kuhisee muurahaisia. Positiivista oli, että saimme skootterin vuokralle ja asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä.

The restaurant is under reparation so there was no food or breakfast. We got refunded 4,2 USD per night for that. Hotel offered food delivery to your room for about 1 USD, which was ok. The hotel offered one time free airport pick-up or free taxi from hotel to airport, which was good. I booked a double room which had one big bed and I asked for 2 single beds instead. The hotel was kind to upgrade to a room with 2 big beds, free of charge, which was very nice. The hotel is closed to Sao beach, khem beach, sunset town, cable car to hon Thom. Close to restaurants and shops, pharmacies etc. The room is clean. Though there's no soap for washing hands at the sink . Minor thing. Overall it's a good stay. Staff is friendly.

A good place to stay. A good restaurant to have breakfast. They don't have a private beach but their location not bad, it is quiet and safe. It is very close to Sao Beach and Coconut Prison. They have Airport Pick Up (free) but I think you should send a message to their hotel with a detail flight information. I don't know this tip so I have to call a taxi to go to their hotel. According to me, this hotel so good!

Very Good!

I really so surprise because I booked a twin room (with 2 single beds). But the hotel provided a quadruple room (with 2 double beds) without fee. The receptionist said that they want to serve me in the best way ;)) This is a good hotel with a suitable price. I like the view in my room. By the way, a helpful suggestion is the room in the 3rd floor is a good idea because it has hight view. I hate the window so much!!! In my room has a wide window and I really opened it but I forgot to close it in the evening. And... OMG, many mosquito in my bed! So lucky, the Housekeeper came and solved it after my calling to the reception. Thank you, Nghi Lan Hotel and Hotels.com!
