Just what the doctor ordered and a weekend treat to myself and break from my volunteer teaching duties in Ho Chi Minh city on the mainland. Just a 1 hour flight and you are picked up at the airport and driven less than 10mins to your hotel free of charge. This is a low rise resort situated on its own private beach with views and sunsets to die for. There’s some building extensions going on but not too much interruption to your day. Staff are friendly and please and within 10mins you can walk to various other restaurants and bars. Definitely worth it!

Great value for money stay

Great beachfront resort. Excellent sunset scene right on the beach. Breakfast was really good, the kids loved it. We really enjoyed it. Will come back for sure.

The property has all the necessary amenities but is a little bit dated in style compared to some of the newer properties on the beach. It's proximity to the airport and town makes it a great location.

The property can only be described as down at heel. It’s in a bad state of disrepair, looking old and tattered. It’s not particularly nice at all. The food overall was terrible, even basic Vietnamese dishes were a much lower standard than the ones you get from street food vendors. Frustratingly there were far more guests than sun loungers so trying to get a spot at the pool or beach was only possible if you got a towel and belongings on them by 8am. I ended up paying for a day pass at the neighbouring Salinda Hotel to experience a nice beach and pool area that were well kept, had good quality customer service and great food and beverages.

For a solo traveller i would suggest 2-3 day stay. Currently a large portion of the clientel are Russian with bar music oriented towards that buas, understandable.

island getaway

Pool was great, beach was good lots of seating options and chairs to lay in however bar drinks and restaurants drinks were very over priced forcing us to go elsewhere for dinner and drinks. If the restaurants on site were more affordable we would have enjoyed our stay much more.

Staff were courteous and helpful., cleaniness good, room a nice size.Location very good. Pool and loungers clean and comfy. Bar prices expensive, being twice the price of local restaurants. Water in rooms only warm not hot, even after running for 5 minutes. Sand nees cleaning out of Jaccuzzi. Overall though good and would stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach and pool settings were nice with stunning sunsets. The beach bar was a nice feature. The location was further along the beach but this meant no pushy beach sellers. There were plenty of taxis available nearby for transport. The food was delicious. Only down point was that there was a small stream within the property which was having some issues with a stagnant smell. They were working to fix this and once inside the building close to this area it was no longer noticeable. The stream did not affect the bungalows closer to the beach. I would stay there again.

Incredible breakfast buffet! Beautiful, spacious, clean room with very comfortable bed and pillows, very friendly and helpful staff, my only complaint is the dinner they serve in the restaurant.... small meals and the worst Pad Thai I've ever had (but breakfast makes up for it!)
