The hotel is located in a complex with construction starting at 6am. There was power outage 3 nights in a row. The staff is nice but not always around. This hotel is too expensive. You can find a lot better in the area at 30% less. I donโ€™t know how they got those great reviews. Also the pool area is not maintained properly.

Excellent Hotel, super friendly staff

We really enjoyed our time in the Coral Phu Quoc Hotel. The rooms are nice and very clean. The beach is within walking distance. Linda and her staff were amazing and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even invited us to taste their homemade Bang Chung which they made for Vietnamese New Year. Recommend!

As soon as we arrived we felt like we were right at home. It was late and we were starving from a long day of travelling. We checked in and went downstairs to have a late dinner at the delicious restaurant. Super authentic dishes! We instantly got upgraded to a suite. Their attention to detail was spectacular super clean and added l title extras such as water, juice, coffee and tea in our room. Anything we needed they did with a huge smile. We felt like family everyday being greeted. They loaned us a scooter right at the hotel and gave us recommendations on things to do. The hotel is brand new still in a upcoming developing area with a night market in the backyard and many tourist attractions near by. It is south of the island close to the cable car and Sao Beach. Thank you so much for everything and i can not wait to return next year!

Great 1 night stay.

Cannot fault the value for money one bit. Hotel is the only operational building on the street but Construction Noise was minimal. Very helpful and English speaking Manager who offered a lot of information on the island. Food was good and decently priced. Would stay again and will be a much more interesting neighbourhood when complete.
