Communications are last minute from porter. The management company. On the day of arrival they are asking my for ID and credit card verification and I am already in route. Similar checkout procedures sent the last day 18 hours prior and well we were out and checking my email is not a priority. We had a check in issue since the entry door was kicked in. Called the management company and they seemed ok but you got it? But the house is not secured since anyone can walk in. We’ll get a guy out to look at it tomorrow. I trackedDown the owner and informed and aWorker was there in one hour. Pool should have a warning that it’s not heated during march never entered though it lookedNice Accommodations were great for 4 male golfers needing clean spacious areas to sleep, eat and relax. Cleaning crew needs a little more attention to details like the coffee pot, or sharpen knives,,,, or even shower soap etc Beds were fine andAmple towels. The hot water does not stream to the sinks or shower so you really need to be patient when seeking hot water I would rent again. The door kick in was the past tenant as learned but the resolution should have started in immediately without my involvement
