We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was relaxing sitting by the lake and the sunsets were beautiful. Our dog had plenty of space to run and the communication with the host was good. The onsite manager is a great guy who quickly resolved the few issues we encountered.

Wil and Steve made Mike's work stay, that went on for many months, easier in many ways. Didn't rate the pool highly since it was never used and we have no idea about the pool facilities. Otherwise, this property and most of all, owner Wil and manager Steve, are top shelf in every way. Thanks Guys!

Such a pleasant stay

This was 2nd year we stayed in Will’s property and he was always concerned with our comfort/needs and mgr, Steve was helpful whenever we had questions. The lake view was so pleasant while sitting on patio and waterfowl fun to watch. We had plenty of room and our king bed was very comfortable. Thanks for making our winter vacation pleasant. Location great for our needs.

Clean, furnished, dog-friendly, private

I comfortably stayed at Dobson Ranch for several weeks with my dog as I was in the process of relocating. The owner, Wil, and property manager, Steve, are easy to communicate with and were more than accommodating during my stay. The house is clean, well-taken care of, furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen has all appliances along with plates, utensils, cookware, etc; washer and dryer are also inside. There are sliding glass doors in the dining room and master bedroom that allow easy access to the backyard. The backyard has a furnished patio, real grass, mature tree with shade and best of all, has steps down to a dock area right next to a lake. Despite the lake, insects are minimal and the breeze can be cool from the lake. The lake has a fountain within view which is lit at night; it’s a beautiful view day and nighttime. Lastly, the location is conveniently near restaurants, shopping and highways but at the same time in a nice suburban community with low local traffic and safe to walk my dog. (There is also a dog park 2 doors down from the house.) I’d recommend Dobson Ranch if you’re looking for a furnished home with privacy, nearby shopping and a beautiful lakeside view.

Relaxing - feels like home

Highly Recommend. This was my first VRBO & it was a wonderful experience! The hosts are very gracious. Wil was always available for questions and concerns. Support is available if needed. All were very approachable and kind. The property was clean and it felt like home. The location was perfect - Dobson Ranch is great! It was just what I needed. I had to travel with pets considering that I started a new job in the area and they have been giving me grief since I left.

Our first VRBO experience. Don't know if any other place could be as accommodating

We were so comfortable during our stay. Such a treat to sit on the patio and watch the beautiful sunsets. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Our dog didn't want to go home....neither did we.
