Excellent accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation is exactly as listed. Clean, spacious and a great pool. Our hosts were great and kept in contact if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Great place on walking distance to Fashion Square and buzzing old town Scottsdale for restaurants and bars. Host was very responsive and our accommodation clean, spacious and well furnished.

Great location and experience

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was clean, modern style and had the basics you would need during a short stay. The location was great, only a short walk to Fashion Square Mall and Old Towne. We would recommend this property and stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

Great property!

My mom and I stayed at the property for three nights. Appreciated all the small touches/amenities that were at the property. Community pool was nearby. Host communicated up to arrival and everything went smooth. Great location!

Excellent central location with both good walking and driving access. End condo unit was spacious and comfortable. Equipped with almost everything needed. Drawbacks: The pool was too cold for swimming, and the stairs were steep with only one hand rail. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Short visit to our old hometown

This was a perfect location for a visit to Scottsdale. The condo is clean, the beds comfortable, and the amenities, such as the labeled soaps, towels, and smart TVs were all presented very professionally. Bonus points for well-stocked Keurig pods, washer/dryer in unit, and walking distance to Old Town shops and restaurants. Ric and Jen checked in often to make sure all our needs were being met. Highly recommend!

Wonderful townhouse!

We always stay in vacation rentals when we travel. This townhouse is one of the best we have stayed in. Great location. Just as advertised, no surprises. Plenty of room. Being an end unit a plus since complex is large so made it easy to find and haul in groceries. Nice plus that parking space is covered. Pool close to townhouse and very nice. Entire complex has sidewalks making morning walks easy. Felt very safe in the location. Complex property and townhouse itself very well maintained and clean. Dishes and pans all in great condition. We have found in some rentals the kitchen utensils are in bad shape. Toilet paper, paper towel, hand/dish/laundry soap a huge plus. Not always provided by other rentals. Very pleased with our experience and will definitely return the next time we visit Scottsdale. Thanks Ric and Jen for sharing your great townhouse and being such attentive hosts.

Nice place. Safe neighborhood close to plenty of anything you need. Perhaps a younger crowd may enjoy the location a bit more with a night club down the street.

Scottsdale Condo Old Town

Condo was nice and as advertized. Across the street from the mall and in easy walking distance to Old Town. Would rent again. Owner was very responsive to questions. Having coffee provided was a nice treat also. Unit also has a washer & dryer which makes for an easy stay.

Great central location.

Our first time to Scottsdale. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board to press our Easter Brunch outfits! Plenty of space, close to Camelback Trail, mall and Old Town shops and restaurants. The managers, Ric and Jen are very personable and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.

Great place!

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a mini-getaway. The Fashion Square Mall is across the street which was very convenient. The place was immaculate and small details were taken care of (plenty of dishwasher pods, laundry pods, towels, etc.)

Great location!

This was a great location for quick trip with our twenty something kids. We had a small hiccup at the start of our stay that was quickly addressed by the owners. We would stay there again. Great location!

Scottsdale Prime

Every aspect was 5-Star. Ric and Jen have hospitality down to a science. We were in Scottsdale for my wife’s spinal surgery and needed a nice place in a central location. Cleanliness was paramount. We made a good choice.

Clean, well equip, and close to everything

Great place. loved the location. we walked to the restaurants and amenities of old town Scottsdale every night. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and the bedding were top notch, the place was spotless, and communication with Ric was a breeze. No complaints whatsoever.
