Completely rebuilt and interior finishes designed by Peggy Haddad Interiors. Soaring ceilings through main living with 24'x10' rear glass slider provides indoor-outdoor living. Split floorplan with a primary bedroom on each wing. Heated Pebble Tec pool with fire bowls and waterfall, inground hot tub~ Travertine patio and pool decking, gas firepit. The Nancy is centrally located between Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland Commons. Within 30 minutes of multiple hiking trails and golf courses.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
