Esta casa de huéspedes / estudio está en nuestra propiedad cercada cerca de Mesa, US-60 y Loop 202. El edificio está separado de la casa principal en la que vivimos. La distancia entre los 2 edificios es de 44 pies. Estamos en casa la mayor parte del tiempo y se puede llegar fácilmente.

Este no es un apartamento de una habitación con una habitación separada, sino un estudio con una despensa y una cama queen. Se instala una combinación de lavadora / secadora para pequeñas cargas de ropa en el baño. La cocina de despensa cuenta con una estufa de encimera con 2 quemadores, una cafetera de cápsulas Keurig, microondas, mini horno y una máquina de café espresso. Nuevo refrigerador Samsung súper silencioso con máquina de hielo. Este lugar es muy tranquilo, seguro y privado. Acceso a Internet de alta velocidad. TV con canales locales. No apto para mascotas.

El huésped será responsable de la llave perdida o del abridor de puerta perdido, si no se devuelve la llave o el abridor de puerta. El huésped acepta pagar un nuevo juego de cerradura (para la puerta principal y la puerta de seguridad) si pierde la llave. Al huésped se le facturará $ 50, si no se devuelve el abridor de puerta. Esto es para nuestra seguridad y la seguridad de otros huéspedes. No queremos armas / armas de fuego en nuestra propiedad. The hosts Steve & Suki are very accommodating. Unfortunately, the hot water heater went out on my day of arrival. I was able to shower in the main houe and was also refunded a portion of my fee's for the incovience. I highly recommend the vrbo and will return if the need arrises.

Comfortable Lil Place!

The cottage at this property is very nice. The overall property is a work in progress though. We wish Suki & Steve well as they refurbish this little AZ oasis. Our friend was concerned about the neighborhood, but we felt safe as the property has a security fence and gate. Lovely redo on the cottage!!! Good communication but initial get into was a little slow---all good once we did connect!! Highly recommend if you need to be in Apache Junction.

We really enjoyed the privacy and location of this property. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable (I'm over 6 ft). The outside porch was awesome. This building is part of a larger lot with another house on it. The property is very secure. There is a partial view of Usery and Superstition mountains. We will stay here again for sure.WWeand

When we arrived at the property Steve let me into the house and told me that he and Suki were no longer living on the property which would have been nice to know before we got there. Steve brought me into the house and also told me that the previous renter broke the washer/dryer so I could use the washer in their house, if needed. We actually packed light because we were told there was a washer and dryer in the unit.We actually saw, who we thought was Steve the next morning and after that never saw him again. I had to clean the microwave so we could use it. I used a brush we found on the property to sweep off the patio so we could set up the patio furniture to use on nice evenings. Also, cob webs in some of the corners.The yard was filled with trash of many, many plant containers, ladder, hoses laying in the driveway, etc. Quite the eyesore. It could be a beautiful property if someone cleaned up the yard and trimmed the trees.

Family fun in AZ

The property was very convenient for visiting family and attending Spring Training. Steve was good enough to do some laundry when the machine was not working. The grounds could be refreshed and the carpet could be cleaned.

Perfect location

Had the run of this property to ourselves. Perfect for coffee and breakfast on the patio. Centrally located; Canyon Lake, Tortilla Flat, and the Superstition Mtns all close by. Central to Apache Junction: all stores, restaurants, event locales easily within 2 miles. Dozens of birds on the property; even cottontail rabbits. Very relaxing, quiet. We would readily stay here again. ( You need to be content with the small size of the unit. We were!)

Hosts and the cottage were awesome it was much nicer than I expecting from what the pictured showed online. Steve was very pleasant to talk with and gave us a lot of information how they do things and what they are working on for the future! Overall stay was great, and I would recommend their place to anyone that wants a secure and quit place to stay at a reasonable cost.
