The hotel was full with teenage boys who had full run of the hotel. They roamed the halls all night, yelling, fighting, screaming, throwing things, messing with the ice machines and banging on walls and floors. Management was asked for help repeatedly and did nothing. They allegedly called their chaperones. That did not resolve the problem. They had no power or authority, and no security. Night desk person was a man who would never even get his butt off his chair to check it out. DID NOT FEEL SAFE THERE. Won’t go back to a place where they can’t control security issues. I will be notifying Hotels.com who I booked with. Their clients deserve to feel safe. Also Trip Advisor. Not super clean either. Bathroom floors obviously dirty. Furniture stained with food that could have easily been cleaned. Safety was the main concern and a huge one.

We checked in on Thursday. My room was never cleaned, even though I requested a refresh of my room at 6 am on Sunday. When I returned at 4 pm, I had new towels and some of the trash was removed. The front desk seems to be more occupied with compute work than the customers. This was our second and last time here

The location of this hotel is wonderful, we some restaurants and a store near by. Our room was a little bit outdated with a quite loud AC but other than that it was clean, had a wonderful balcony views, and no other issues. Overall, a great pick for its price.
