This is a very nice place. It fits 8 people easily and comfortably. Lots to do. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants.A few issues came up, that I doubt will happen again, but want to share our experience.-We didn’t receive any info on how to enter the property, so I reached out through vrbo and didn’t hear back. Waited an hour, then found a phone number for the property manager and called her. She texted the information to me right away.-There was a miscommunication with their cleaning person, so when we arrived it wasn’t ready at all. We left the property for 2 hours so it could be cleaned (wanting to be out of the way). We were offered one day with a heated pool or having the spa heated every night as compensation. We chose the pool for one day. The water was supposed to be 90 degrees, but most of us couldn’t get in past our feet because it was so cold. Our complaints about the water were then brushed off. So the compensation didn’t feel like we were being compensated at all.-All the remotes for the TVs had dead batteries.-One thermostat was broken, so the AC turned off during the night. It got really hot!Again, it is a nice house! Maybe we were there at a bad time.
