Clean and so pretty! The lay out of the house is perfect for groups or families. One bedroom downstairs, with a bathroom off the kitchen. Bar seating, huge kitchen, double oven, coffee pot, kettle, they have it all. Upstairs has multiple bedrooms a Jack and Jill bedroom with another bathroom. It’s great. Backyard has a great pool with lounge space that’s shallow and allows for patio chairs, if you have kids though, there isn’t a shallow end to swim or stand, life jackets saved us the worry. Beds are comfortable, plenty towels and pillows. It’s peaceful and gorgeous. Would suite a family, or a group easily. Easy to connect with itrip with questions. Location is 10/10, you are by everything!!! Thanks for having us!

The property and location were amazing! It was very convenient to all of the places we planned to visit. The home was beautiful, had lots of natural light, and we especially loved the pool area. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all loved the super soft sheets! The only tiny hiccup was that we chose this property over others since it had a garage, but we misunderstood the listing and the garage is not available for use.

Family College visit

The house is gorgeous. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great location as we used the house as our home base for ASU visit as well as Grand Canyon and Sedona trips.The pool was fantastic in the cool evenings.

Family spring break trip

The house is spacious and was clean. Great outdoor pool area (pool cleaner was a bit annoying). Grandkids enjoyed the pool, pool table and putt putt area. It was a great family spring break trip.

The Best Family Vacation

We are a family of 10 ranging from 2 - 65 years and this place was amazing! There was plenty of room for our entire family. We spent many hours in the pool and on the putting green. The fire table was a nice touch for the chilly evenings. The house is in a great location in close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, plates, cutlery, glasses etc. There is a nice bbq in the back yard to grill on. We can’t say enough about this place. We had a great stay and will be back!!

Great Stay

The house was great. We enjoyed the pool everyday and it was heated nicely. The putting green was great to have as well. The location allowed us to walk to the local stores and short drives to attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Scottsdale Work Trip

Instead of paying the lofty hotel fees at the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge for a conference, we opted to stay at this beautiful and roomy home. Outfitted with comfortable rooms and most people having their own bathroom, this was a great option to relax after long days at the conference. The home is a 7-10 minute drive to the Marriott. It was super convenient and easy to get to. We loved the heated pool which took advantage of one day. The grill and kitchen were nice and stocked with coffee, tea, oils and seasoning. The supermarket and restaurants were nearby and had a nice selection. Overall it was a quiet and nice retreat.

Perfect!

The house was everything that our family wanted and needed for the Scottsdale area. The extra recreational amenities kept everyone entertained during downtime and the location is close to lots of food and shopping. We visit Scottsdale every year and I won't hesitate to rent this house again.

beautiful house and great neighborhood!

Truly enjoyed this house and will stay again when we return to Scottsdale. Very spacious with nice smart TV's, big kitchen with many essentials already stocked. We enjoyed the pool, pool table (convertible to ping pong) and putting green. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms especially the master.
