Welcoming home and quiet neighborhood

Clean and spacious home. Plenty of parking. Nice backyard for entertainment Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is spacious and stocked with items for cooking.

Clean Family Friendly Home Pool - not too far from Spring Training

My family of 5 stayed here for a few nights during Spring Break. We wanted a location not too far from Surprise, AZ so we could attend a spring training game. We also wanted a house where everyone had their own space and a nice pool was a must. The house was very clean, spacious and well decorated. Pool area is great. We were able to come home after the baseball game, eat pizza and hang by the pool. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend to other families looking for a clean home that offers a private pool and more space than a hotel.

The beds were comfortable, the house was fairly clean. We were disappointed to learn after arriving that the spa heat had to be scheduled and couldn't be on while the pool was heated. Also the security/burglar alarm went off about 6 times during our stay. The laundry detergent provided is powdered and left white residue on our clothes.

Great Property, A Few Tweaks Would Improve It

Overall it was a great property and we’d stay again. Two things I wished were different: 1. Being able to turn on/off the hot tub at the property. The heat and jets were controlled by the owner and we had to tell them when we thought we’d be using it. Like all hot tubs, the jets are loud, so it would have been better if we were able to turn them off for a bit and not have to talk as loud, then turn them back on. 2. More control of the thermostat. I totally get why they would want to control that, but it got a bit warm in the night and the thermostat was locked at 70. Still a great property, easy highway access, and on the edge of town with walking trails near by.

The house was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed the space outside. It was centralized to the tournament locations. Just wish there was more toilet paper.

AZ visit

Was a great space and good location for what we did, would even be good for downtown Phoenix fun. Easy access and entry, prompt communication before and beginning of our stay. Only bummer was the hot tub was not up to temp or usable (too cold) two of the four nights we requested to use it.

Great get away home

We had a great time ! The only thing we would change is the time on the hot tub - it ran most of the night. Other than that, it was clean, quiet, and the property manager was prompt in answering our questions. The pool, hot tub and game room kept us all occupied.

What a great week!

We came to PHX to watch the OSU Beavers play baseball. The games were great and the house was fabulous! Comfortable, quiet, clean! I would definitely stay here again!
