Amazing Scottsdale home with private backyard and spectacular sunset mountain views. This desert oasis features 4 bdrms and over 2700 sq ft of living space. Open floor plan that is great for families wanting to get away and enjoy the Arizona weather. Full kitchen with all that you need to dine in. You'll love relaxing in the private backyard or taking a dip in the pool. Great Scottsdale location with a combination of amenities close by but far enough to enjoy the quiet landscape.
The space
Spacious home that has been tastefully furnished and has all that you need to enjoy your Arizona getaway. Formal living area with dining for 8, sitting area, and grand piano. Huge kitchen with all you need to make meals at home and also features island with breakfast bar. Relax in the living room around the big screen tv and fireplace. Spacious bedrooms and new beds. Master bedroom has adjustable Tempur-Pedic mattress and luxurious master bath. Private backyard is one of the best features of the home. Relax on the patio and enjoy the Arizona sunsets in privacy and quiet. A great home for families looking to escape.
**Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please request at least 72 hours in advance of stay so it is at temperature when you arrive***

Any loud parties will not be tolerated at all. This is a quiet neighborhood. We do not give 2nd chances on this rule. If it happens once you will be asked to leave.
