Everything was great, clean and had everything we needed. Door code/ lock got messed up a couple times but property management handled it quickly to get us into the house. Pool was amazing! Loved the location too!

Host is not very understanding of uncontrollable situations like weather but host response time was GREAT. Home was clean, master bath room honestly needs like a professional touch up. I hate crusty corners. Overall, the stay was eh okay not as high as I expected based off the pictures.

What a great house for my family to stay in during our trip to Phoenix. Centrally located, fantastic layout, nicely decorated, comfy beds and great amenities provided. Very clean and neat. We had a great stay!

An Overwhelmed Management Company

The address on the home is incorrect. When we arrived we were not sure which of 2 homes was ours. Long story short, we landed in the wrong house for several hours. Another family had booked the home and we eventually sorted it out, but this was unnerving to think the management company's control of entry codes & processes was so loose that they gave us access to the wrong home. An honest mistake, but this should not happen.

Lovely and gracious

This joke felt so expansive and deluxe. Very simple from the outside and very chic inside. Loved the appliances and electronics. Could have used one supportive chair for relaxing but other than that, just perfect. And the folks at Sunshine Market down the street are super nice.

Nice property. We were in town less than 24 hours and had to get back on the road. The property mgr didn’t send check out info until after we were gone even though we requested it early. Help me help you!

Exactly as Pictured

This 3 bedroom home was exactly as pictured. The home was very clean, the living spaces wide open and large. The pool area was private and quiet. The owners are currently working on updating the opening and closing manual - it caused a delay in our access of wi-fi. But, not a large issue.

A Most Memorable Thanksgiving

Since the purpose was mostly for my mother, I asked her to share her experience. “This Thanksgiving holiday was a joyous experience that I will not soon forget! Not only did our small nuclear family have a rare opportunity to enjoy each other's company and celebrate our favorite holiday together but it was made even more magical by our stay in a beautiful, modern, well-appointed home that was both spacious and comfortable! The living area was defined by an attractive conversational seating area which was situated next to a grand sectional sofa that could comfortably accommodate 6-8 people while watching movies or TV shows on the large TV screen! The kitchen-dining area was centred on a generously sized, beautiful stone island that had seating for 4, with a long, rustic wooden table and chairs providing additional seating. The kitchen was well appointed with stainless steel appliances; a 6 burner gas stove, double oven (convection settings!) and a large, double refrigerator. The 3 bedrooms were large, comfortable and inviting! The mattresses and pillows were soft but firm and quite comfortable. The deep, soaker tub in the primary suite was a godsend! I also appreciated that the toilet was in a separate water closet from the other facilities. It provided an extra measure of privacy that is not often found in other homes.” “BONUS: There was a beautifully finished laundry room (that supplied laundry detergent) and a new, state of the art washer and dryer for your added convenience! I enjoyed every minute of each day that I spent in this welcoming environment! I would highly recommend it! DISLIKES: PLEASE WASH THE LINENS, TOWELS AND BLANKET/THROWS THOROUGHLY BETWEEN VISITS!! There were unpleasant odors on the sheets and pillowcases that made sleep somewhat uncomfortable. Also, there weren't enough facecloths.”
