Quick getaway for sunshine!

Beautiful location and property with a lot to do in the area! Parking is not ideal and no maps inside building to guide you to your room. Spacious condo though with comfy queen beds. Would come back!

Tempe Run

The location and amenities were perfect for us. The accommodations were clean and stylish. Great for two couples, good layout and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom. The only problem was initially finding the building and getting in, but that was our error, we arrived late at night and didn’t study the directions given before trying to find it. We all agreed that we would stay there on future trips. Thank you.

Nice Apartment

Checkin was difficult especially in the dark with multiple pages of directions. We didn’t have any towels upon checkin. Everything was in the dryer. One towel per person, there weren’t any washcloths. And no extra sheets. We didn’t use kitchen but it looked very nice and had utensils. Only used coffee pot but the lid was missing a piece and didn’t work with letting the water out of the top after brewing. Note was sent to host regarding parking regarding conflicting info but they did not respond. Pretty patio.

Hard to find the right door to enter building. We were told that it was building A, but it was really building B. Location was great and the rental was dog friendly.

Great Location and Plenty of Space

We recently finished staying at this property and it was a great fit. There was plenty of space so that our college student could have his space and we could have ours while awaiting move in. The kitchen was great and the outdoor grills were excellent. It was quiet and just what we needed to enjoy the weekend prior to helping him move. It was challenging to get through the security steps at check in to eventually get to the key fob which allowed access through all of the gates. But at least we knew the area was secure. I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit the Tempe area.

Great oasis in the July AZ heat

Very spacious two bedroom unit. Enjoyed the gym and the pool, and early walks around Tempe Lake and into downtown Tempe. Fantastic free coffee choices in the residents lounge on 3f. At least 5 gas grills in 3 different courtyards. Would return.

Spacious Lake front apartment

Perfect apartment for a family who likes to cook family dinners, pool, lake front location, scooters rental and food, brewery all walking distance. Quiet neighborhood, yet in the city. Great time will come back!

Looking forward to another stay

My parents stayed here for a sunny Feb getaway. They enjoyed walking all over Tempe from this location. They found the unit to be nice and clean. Property managers were quick to respond to any questions and requests. Thank you for making their first snowbird stay pleasant.

Nice place just needs a good deep cleaning.

It was a nice place and nice area. The walls were really dirty and the carpet was very dirty. The kitchen needs to have a few things replaced and definitely needs more glasses and wine glasses. They also need to keep items stocked especially toilet paper. It was a nice place and I would stay there again if they address those issues.
