The name “Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix” (the name on all booking info was nowhere on the building, and the security guard on a cart in front never even heard of it. This made arrival extremely confusing. The building is called “Vitri” and the Vitri signage is everywhere. That should be on the check in docs. It took over an hour to get parked and into the unit.
There was No TV in the bedroom, so tv in bed is out of the question. The mattress was an unnaturally firm foam that eventually absorbed my bodyweight making a pit and an uphill climb to roll out of.
Also, the towels were cheap and small, and the only bathroom is not attached to the bedroom.
The building is convenient and clean and could be much better with minor changes, but the uncomfortable mattress and missing BR tv makes it a no go for me when I return.

Great Location and Nice Rooms
Second time there and will likely book this again in the future. Couple of little things like lack of towels and a cute early check-in fee prevent me from giving it the fifth star.
Great Location!

Fantastic lovely property would definitely stay again and everybody was amazing. The check-in was seamless. The checkout was seamless. They are more than accommodating. I can honestly say that out of everywhere I’ve traveled and I travel a lot. This by far is probably my number one all around experience.
The check in process was poorly thought out. The street address and GPS does not really correlate to where the building is located. It is part of an apartment complex called Vitri. They really need to note that since the building is not marked Kasa. The entrance is on 73rd street and that needs to be noted. And that the door to get in is located in the mail room; no lobby. And the key pad for entry is not marked. I drove around the blood 3 times to figure it out. And walked around the building 3 times to figure it out. A worker for the Vitro apartments had to guide me.
They send an extra text message registration with extra fees. Tedious instructions with multiple steps. Not handicap friendly. We could hear the outside noises . If you have a big car it can be challenging to park.Dont get me wrong it’s Beautiful property and many restaurants close by.

Staycation
Checkin was a bit cumbersome and confusing. Garage pass never worked so we had to stay in short term lease parking. Studio was very nice and clean, loved the patio and amenities. Only 3 k-cups of coffee in our room and cafe area ran out of coffee cups. Would definitely stay here again, great location
The KASA is a joke. My unit had feces on the side of the toilet, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the ENTIRE floor was black filthy so that my socks, slippers, etc all got filthy. VITRI has good cleaning staff for the property, but KASA is NOT cleaning the units properly. They only run a filthy dry mop over the floor, refuse to use a wet mop or Swifter Pickerupper type mop with disposable wet pads. When you complain, they do nothing. They either need to pay for a decent cleaning company or change management. They get bad reviews, but do nothing to clean the floors. Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland sidewalks and streets are powerwashed daily. They even powerwashed the garage, but KASA did not even let us know.
VITRI is classy, bur the KASA Scottsdale Quarter refuses to properly clean their units.

access to the main door was a challenge. Hard to find and the keypad was almost impossible to see in the dark.

Not great.
The location of this Kasa is great but I wasn't happy with the apartment at all. The check in process has improved since the last time I was here but its still a pain. The unit I had wasn't particularly clean (floors were filthy), trash still in the garbage drawer, lots of dust on surfaces.... The mattress was ridiculously firm and the sheets / pillow cases seemed old. I'll look elsewhere for future trips to Scottsdale!
The apartment was well appointed, very clean and inviting, and it was located in a prime location with tons of restaurants, shops and other local attractions. This was an amazing location and would be happy to stay there again. 5 Stars!!
Quietest place we have ever stayed. My spouse loved the parking garage with 2 McLaren, G wagon, Ferrari, Lotus, etc. Nice hot shower, Little kitchen. Bed was good. Great restaurants and shopping around. Would absolutely stay here again. Had gone for a medical convention.

Great venue but dirty room
This is just items we've noticed for the last 10 hours. The place is filthy and disgustingly dusty. The dirty was so bad it turned my feet black. The air filters are clogged and had not been changed in forever. Food stains down the front of trash can, food stains on the windows and sheets. Floor had dirt and dust everywhere including washer and dryer closet. Fans blades had a half of an inch of dust on them. There is no way that room was clean properly in months.

Wonderful place to stay
This was a quick 24 hour trip to Scottsdale. Communication with the property management was great throughout our stay. They gave easy to follow directions on how to go through self check in, and to find the room. The place itself was comfortable, quiet, and located in a great part of town. It was 110 outside, but the AC works well-allowing us to cool down quickly. Lots of choices to eat and shop at Keirland Commons which is literally downstairs from where we stayed.
