The staff was courteous and friendly, but the hotel itself is not unkept. Getting very rundown. There was some molding trim, coming off in our hotel room on the second floor and also the curtains in the hallway on the second floor are ripped and hanging down. They need another garbage can in the pool area by the other exit. And they need to clean and maintain the waterfall feature.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in the last 20 years. The carpet, bed, bedding, towels, sofas, and furniture were very dirty. The furniture was extremely old, and everything had dirty spots. I strongly recommend not going there at all.
The bedding sheet had dried blood spots. I was ready to sleep when I uncovered the bed and saw this.

The bed was not comfortable. It has an old mattress that sinks into the center when you lie on it. The pillow was small and not great either. Breakfast was decent with 3 cooked items with tortilla but did not rotate during our 2 nights stay. The egg was tasteless and yoghurt was too sweet. Oat milk was a nice option. Hot tub isn't hot enough when it was cool in the late afternoon.
